Amazing place, excellent coordination of amenities and obviously the amenities were amazing. Very peaceful. Only watch out is to bring or buy bug spray to make sure you enjoy the sunrise without pesky bug bites.

Quite lovely. Will come again. While I love both sides of Caye Caulker it was really nice to come back to Blue Zen. Total relaxing vibe.

Definitely would come here again. The unit was as described. Carmen and the staff at the Blu Zen were very accommodating and quick to respond to my inquiries.

We came for our anniversary. The property is very bright with little shade. Make sure you have sunscreen and sunglasses. There are 3 pools, 2 restaurants, a bar, and a store onsite. There are over the water swings and hammocks, but at least in June, you have to contend with Sargasso (sea grass) to get to them. The area outside the property is dirty. Don't believe the 1 mile to Bliss beach signs! It's 3 miles from the property. Sunrise is around 5:30am, but coffee on the porch is peaceful. The Bambu spa is wonderful. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. The only complaint would be the odor from the sargasso.

Amazing!

Our group of 4 had an amazing time! the resort is modern, chill and the staff is the best around! you won’t regret booking Carmen’s condo. It is close the pools and all amenities. The only way to describe Carmens place, the resort and Caye Caulker is pure perfection. We will be back!

This is the place to stay on Caye Caulker

We came here with our family over Spring Break. The owner was extremely helpful and helped us manage the whole process. She even gave us a tip on getting through customs quicker! The staff at Blu Zen is also very helpful and friendly. A few things to note: -The whole complex is clean and well maintained. -The 3 different pools are awesome. They were never overcrowded either. -It was really nice to have the bikes to ride around. -The front desk can help you schedule tours and activities..all you have to do is talk to them and they will get it done. -We liked being on the north island as it is more quiet. It was easy to take the ferry over to the south island. Even when the big ferry broke down, they had a 2nd boat running right away so there was no issue. -There is a new beach that opened up called Bliss Beach. It was very relaxing and a very nice place. It is located about a mile a way and you can ride bikes there. -The kids loved the pizzas at one of the restaurants on site. -Do note that there is not a hot tub on site. There is a pool with a waterfall, but it is not a hot tub. This didn't really matter because it was 83 degrees everyday. -There are plenty of different places to eat on the islands and several small grocery stores. -Life moves slow on the islands...don't be in a hurry! You are on vacation!!!! -The snorkeling that we did through the front desk was amazing. Better than Mexico. Overall we had a great time. I would highly recommend

Best kept secret in Belize!

I hardly know where to begin... Blu Zen was MAGNIFICENT!! Beginning with the staff, everyone from the ferry captain to the front desk staff to the guys maintaing the landscape was supper friendly. The condo was simply stunning... the entire property is stunning... so much thought was put into the layout and design that there isnt a bad view anywhere on property! Super easy access to the South part of the island with a free ferry that traveled non stop back and forth making it easy to catch a water taxi for a day trip to San Pedro or an early morning snorkeling trip with super chill and knowledgeable outfit Salt Life EcoTours. Lets talk food and convinces... what the small marcado lacks in a large selection what they do have always seemed to be just what we needed. Coffee pods, a cold beer (or 5) to take to the pool, feminine needs (traveling with 3 women it was bound to be a need!), bread and basic staples. Both restaurants served excellent food by super friendly staff. And another choice, The Happy Lobster, was a quick 2 min bicycle ride away. (BLU ZEN has free bikes on a 1st come 1st serve basis) Lets not forget 3 awesome salt water pools with one swim up bar! Walter, the bar tender, was fantastic! Friendly, remembered our names day 2 and was quick to chat and talk about Belize (he grew up on Caye Caulker so I consider an expert!) or just crank out your favorite coctail lickity split. I am already looking at when we can book a return trip. Blu Zen delivered in every

Perfect Spot

We had a great time. The house was perfect for my husband & I celebrating our anniversary. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
