This unique 3rd story penthouse apartment, with its beautiful views, is located in the coveted residential West-End neighborhood. You will have the entire top floor. Nestled at the base of the mountains, hiking and bike trails are 5 minutes outside the front door. A 15-20 minute stroll through quiet residential neighborhoods, or on the city's pedestrian bike path, will bring you to Pearl St. shopping & restaurants. CU campus is just 3 miles away. The best of Boulder is here for you to enjoy!

Please note, there is a possibility of some construction noise to the north east.

This was an amazing property with a wonderful host. The apartment is nestled at the foot of the mountains, gorgeous views from the patio, and a 7 minute walk to downtown Boulder. We loved it!

I don't know how to begin to share how phenomenal this property and the host, Laura, are for and to guests. No detail missed. The coffee bar setup, the spotless rooms, the glorious artwork and other appointments were splendid. The deck and views, day and night, were actually breathtaking. The location was perfect and calming. I'm a repeat guest and I'll be back again next year.

The condo was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Everything you could possible need was somewhere. Location was perfect for access to the University and town. It is on a very quiet street and has beautiful views. The host was on call and available for questions. I would 100% stay here again!

This is a terrific apartment for a Boulder stay. It's location provides easy access to the Boulder Creek Trail and it is only a short walk to Pearl Street. The host provides lots of extras, like tea and toiletries. Great views from the living room!

The location and views are amazing! Very cozy neighborhood filled with lovely single family homes as well as new modern condominiums. Hiking trails and a large public park are right down the street. The west end of the Pearl Street Mall, which extends over 10 blocks of shopping and restaurants, is a 20 minute walk away. You'll be close to everything that makes Boulder special!
