Ce condo rénové avec goût au coeur de Boulder se trouve sur une petite crique d'irrigation avec vue sur les flatirons. Score de marche de 94. Situé dans un petit complexe de condos calme, c'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de votre visite à Boulder.

Il est à quelques minutes à pied du marché fermier, des cafés, des bons restaurants et des studios de yoga. Vous pouvez littéralement garer votre voiture à votre arrivée et marcher pendant tout votre séjour. Chaque jour commémoratif, le Bolder Boulder passe juste devant le condo sur Walnut Street.

Pour le cuisinier, la cuisine a des comptoirs en quartz à surface solide et des appareils Bosch. Il est bien approvisionné avec les bases.

The rental was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to Pearl Street! The host was kind and very communicative. When we arrived, there was a welcome binder that included info on the rental and nearby activities. There was a pamphlet that showed scenic drives nearby and we definitely took advantage of that information. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again!

Cute and cozy!

This property was as described, very clean and extremely well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with the creek in front of us, and a dedicated parking spot made for easy in and out. We walked to Pearl Street and enjoyed the neighborhood.

Great Boulder Stay

Great location for walking downtown. Peaceful porch with view of a stream that was a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon drink. Most complete kitchen setup and best selection of stocked goods (coffee, spices, etc.) of any rental we have stayed in. Very close drive to university and to Flatirons.

Great place, functional but vertical. Location great.

The place was nice and comfortable, the living room was good, the kitchen well equipped. I would only add the caveat that the stairs to the bedroom are steep, and older people (such as me) need to be cautious.

Perfect weekend stay in Boulder

Everything was perfect, from the great location to the soft, fluffy towels and comfortable bed. The pantry was stocked with spices, olive oil, and other commonly needed items to cook a meal. The bathroom had a drawer of necessities had we forgotten anything. Our kids enjoyed the quaintness of the sleeping loft and we enjoyed the solitude of drinking a cup of coffee on the porch while listening to the bubbling brook flow by. All the little touches by the owners were wonderful.

Downtown Oasis

My husband and I loved our stay at the townhouse. It was exactly as described in the listing. The location was an easy walk to Pearl St to enjoy local shops, restaurants and the Farmers Market. The townhouse had everything we needed and was fully stocked with so many amenities including fresh flowers from the host. I highly recommend this townhouse for your stay in Boulder. Solo hiking vacation

The kitchen had everything I needed to cook in. The bed was comfortable and the laundry was right next door. I sat outside overlooking the stream next to the apartment. Although small, it felt spacious with the high ceilings. I walked easily into town and shopped in Pearl St. Weather was perfect and the AC and heat worked very well when needed. Plus you have your own parking spot. Perfect stay!

Lovely, sunny, comfortable and great location

This was the perfect place for my 10 day work trip. The location is fantastic; I really enjoyed walking to coffee shops in the morning and to restaurants in the evening. The bed was extremely comfortable and well-equipped with different pillow options. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, oils, condiments and cooking utensils. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, cozy, clean unit. It has all the little things that make it feel like a home - travel-sized mouthwashes, plenty of spices, and tupperware. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area

Great location and apartment

Great and comfortable stay at the apartment. Super convenient to walk to town and easy to get out and about. Loved the Sonos music, especially since we already have the app, and all of the thoughtful, homey touches. We would definitely stay again!
