LARGE GATHERING CENTRALLY LOCATED: Welcome to our 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-kitchen home with two distinct floors — spacious & upgraded. Richly-appointed spaces include large gathering areas, remodeled kitchens, and spectacular recreational room with multigame table. The expansive backyard includes a well-lit patio, all in private, verdant surroundings. You’ll appreciate our free onsite parking. Convenient access to stores, parks, city hall, library, etc. Short drive to I-5 to Seattle.

Our Shoreline home has a neighborly community that is quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance, you can visit our local churches, city hall, and community center.

Free Outing: Richmond Beach, Edmonds Fishing Pier, Green Lake Park

NO PARTIES
In the past, we permitted small parties but guests have abused this privilege. They ignored Quiet Hours between 10PM-7AM. They stole or broke our furniture, decors, and personal belongings. As such, we no longer allow party on site.

We still welcome family and friend events, such as reunion, luncheon, etc. Please indicate your purpose for booking so we can preapprove your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

Perfect place to stay

Interaction with owner was fantatastic. Everything in listing was as mentioned. Everything was clean and the house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay agian in the future.

Great for families

This property was a perfect spot for our family meet up in Seattle. Plenty of space and the basement provided lots of entertainment for the kids.

Good for groups!

Fantastic spot for our weekend family getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lana’s house. It is super close to the train with access to the whole transit system, including direct trains to downtown. The house is very nicely finished inside and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lana was very responsive to our requests, and access was simple and secure. We would happily book again!

Great get away house!

Our family loved this home! The adult kids gave up sight seeing for a day so they could bond and have fun with the multi game table. This house is conveniently located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We will definitely return!

Beautiful spacious home

We were in town with our team for a business project. This home was absolutely perfect for us because we needed so many bedrooms. And it was incredibly convenient to where we were working. Lana was super helpful before hand with all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This home served our needs, but I would not use the word "modern" to describe it. Internally, there have been a number of updates, but this is an older home in an older neighborhood. Lana, our host, was very responsive. When notified there weren’t enough towels for all of us, she helped us find more towels. See photos. "Expansive back yard" was unusable due to poor maintenance and uneven ground. I would not describe this as having "verdant surroundings" either. The grass was dried up in the backyard. Air conditioning consisted of three portable window units. No central air conditioning.

The pictures and description of property were very decieving and left us very underwhelmed upon arrival. The house was fine, clean enough and somewhere to sleep, but we would not recommend anyone expecting to spend any time at this house. We didnt receive the check in code until 30 min after arriving for check-in. The "pool table" was breaking down. All spaces are very small and didnt leave much room for hanging out with our friends. The backyard was unkept and nowhere you would want to spend anytime. All towels left out for use were still damp and spelled musty. Our expectations were high and were not met, but it was somewhere to sleep for the night. We were very excited to leave and happy we didnt end up staying 2 nights and trying to spend any real time at the property. Nowhere NEAR worth the nearly 800 for one night.

Not like the listing…

Overall, the property was ok. It was spacious and close to the arena our kids were doing a hockey camp at. Unfortunately, it had a few problems. First of all, the listing said it had a/c, and technically it does. However, it is three swamp coolers that do not do a good job at cooling the two story house. Also, the kitchen was nowhere near adequately stocked. It had only a handful of silverware, and no drinking glasses. Plus, the silverware came out of the drawer dirty. The towels were another issue. Each bedroom had a single towel and wash cloth laid out on the bed. That equaled five towels for nine people for a whole week. The backyard was nothing but six inch high weeds, so the kids had nowhere to play. On a good note, when we did contact the owner with a question, she responded almost immediately! Check in and check out were simple and the kids enjoyed the multi game table. If you are looking for a big house without a lot of frills, this might be your spot.

I'm glad you and your family enjoyed the space and found it convenient for the hockey camp. It’s my goal to make sure my guests feel comfortable, so I’m disappointed to hear that the air conditioning and kitchen weren’t up to par. Summer is a busy time for the house, and sometimes things like towels, kitchen supplies, or even glasses can go missing or break between guests. I do my best to restock everything, but I understand it's frustrating when you arrive and something is missing. Please know that if you let me know what you need, I’m happy to send over replacements as quickly as possible. I’m so sorry about the inconvenience. Your feedback is super helpful, and I’ll be taking steps to improve things for future guests. I hope you'll give us another chance to show you what a great place this can be. False Pictures & Information

I paid WAY TO much for 2 nights!!! The rates for this home is way to expensive for what you get. If I could have given zero stars I would have. It stated spacious and modern. WOW, when we pulled up to the home I had to verify the address. The house and yard where absolutely gross, walls are dirty. Everything was dirty, had to wash the countertops. The home was small not spacious. Yes, there were 5 bedrooms (that was the only plus). It stated Garage (No Garage). The Stove Top was broken, dishes in dishwasher, washer was full so we had to put in dryer. No Towels were in the bathrooms. For what I paid I should have not done any of these things.(Since I paid for the cleaning) I could not use the decks as they were filthy. I expected a lot more. This listing needs to be show all the pictures to this home.
