Urban Oasis on the top of Queen Anne Hill

Beautiful, classic Queen Anne home in a fantastic location! We are centrally located on the top of Queen Anne Hill, near the Seattle Center, Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, Lake Union, and downtown Seattle.

Our home sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a large newly constructed deck with a beautiful forest view.. The house is located on a quiet street, only blocks from Queen Anne Avenue, a vibrant hub with lots of shops and wonderful restaurants.

About this space
The space
The main floor offers a living room with a cozy remote-controlled gas fireplace, a formal dining room, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a gas range and most anything you will need to prepare inspired meals. Downstairs is a fully renovated daylight basement with a TV, a sectional couch, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two full baths. Every bedroom has a queen or full-size bed, a dresser, closets with hangers, and lots of natural light.

If you are traveling with a baby or young children, we have a pack-n-play, high chair and stroller available for you to use.

In the back of the house, off the kitchen, there is a newly constructed large deck with a gas grill and outdoor furniture, perfect for an outdoor gathering.

We have central heat and air conditioning. Your well-behaved dog is welcome with a $150 pet fee. No cats due to allergies.

There is a carport for one small to medium-sized car in front of the house. There is other free street parking is available on McGraw Street.

Guest access
You will have access to most of the house, excluding the garage, storage room, and a few closets.

Our house is on a quiet street. Please be respectful of this.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed. The dining table was big enough for my family, and the other rooms were very nice. Great location, we were able to walk to the market and shops.

Our stay was perfect. Great house, great accommodations, great location and great owner. We were in town for a Mariners game and this was 100% better than a hotel.The house had everything that we needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. This house was the perfect place for our 5 day trip to Seattle - it’s easy to get to from the airport and is in a quiet neighborhood, which is great to settle into after a long day of sightseeing. We loved having three levels for our group of five. The outdoor space was wonderful - plenty of seats. One of our other favorite parts was how easy it was to walk Queen Anne and explore. We would absolutely recommend this property and these hosts to anyone looking to travel to Seattle - the goodies on the counter when we got to the house were the perfect thoughtful touch to kick off a fantastic stay in the Emerald City.

The Absolute Best

All the excellent ratings are true. But what makes this place The Absolute Best is the communication with the owner (Nancy) and the perfect location (walking distance to everything), and the Absolute Best deck in Seattle. Once you’re on that deck with a morning coffee you won’t want to leave. Oh, and to make it easier, Nancy leaves coffee and Half&Half!Our family of 8 could not have been more pleased for our 4-day stay. 8 5-stars all around!

Fun friends trip

The house was so great for our large friend group. We were all able to gather in the large kitchen to cook breakfast and then chat in the living. Gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Great location for our son's wedding at Canlis. Perfect size and spaces for our group. Kitchen was great and nice to have basics like spices supplied. Thank you for the delicious cheese, salmon, and wine as a welcome gift. We were able to an enjoy the nice deck with the warm weather during our stay.

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood

This was the perfect house for our family to stay for a wedding weekend. The rooms and deck were bigger than the pictures! Very clean and everything you needed. Nancy was a wonderful hostess. Would definitely recommend it!

The Parsons Garden/Canlis wedding weekend

My daughter lives in Queen Anne so decided to get married in Queen Anne and have dinner at canlis. The vrbo was perfect for our very special visit. Everyone loved the house and the balcony! It was extra special time together with family and frineds!

Peaceful Queen Anne Classic

What a lovely stay! The kitchen and deck area are particularly beautiful at this classic Queen Anne house on a quiet street overlooking Wolf Creek Ravine. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the owner was so helpful and communicative. I can’t imagine a more well—appointed kitchen. Every appliance under the sun, yet it didn’t feel crowded :-`). Would go back in a heartbeat!
