Gause Landing! Private house rental. Magnificent home located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Ocean Isle Beach (Mainland side). Bring your family and make memories at one of the most special places on the Carolina coast. Spend the week or weekend being lazy among the massive oak trees, the changing tides and the beautiful sunsets. You have found it, slice of heaven. The Mazelle Porch has been in our family for over 25 years and oh the memories we have made and now we want to share this awesome retreat with your family. Main floor, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large living room, sunroom, porches!!! Up to 4 people. This is a private rental. No one else in house or on property. This is just a way to stay at this perfect spot as a smaller group.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - beautiful views - amazing place to unwind and relax for a few days - looking forward to our next stay.
Rear porch time is a must at both sunrise and sunset...
Incredible views throughout the day !
Beautiful (and historic trees) on and around the property - landscaping lighting frames these amazing trees at night..
Take note of the framed "info" in the house that highlights the history of the area just outside the front/rear door of the home...

Wonderful weekend getaway

We loved our stay and can’t wait to return. The property is beautiful and peaceful with great hosts! We loved the dock, our grandsons would visit during the day and fish for hours. The main level was perfect for hosting family dinners and cook outs before sending everyone back to the beach condos! The dog was living his best life in the yard and dock! Great experience!

Great Holiday Getaway

Need a place to relax, recharge and spend quality time with your family? This is a superb pick. This is our second stay. Our family loves this home for the beautiful view, pier fishing, ability to bring our small fur baby, and the lovely home. It’s a gem!

The Views Take Your Breath Away

We have been traveling to Ocean Isle for many years and this visit has been by far our favorite due to this home. We truly felt like we were at a cozy retreat with views of the intercostal at every turn. My sons fished on the pier every day while we enjoyed the porch deck. Loved the fire pit too. The house was just perfect! We will be back.

Perfection

From the spacious, beautifully furnished home to the large back porch and swing, to include lit old oak trees looking out at the waterway, this home brought a relaxing, peaceful vacation. From the back porch, we could watch the boats, jet skiers, and even fishermen. It is ideally located close to everything Ocean Isle has to offer; the ocean, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect view for a perfect weekend!

We arrived late Thursday night and from the time we got there, with the beautiful live oaks lit up from the landscape lights to the amazing views of the ICW the next morning. We could not have asked for a better weekend. The house is very clean and the bottom floor that we stayed in has been updated making the stay that much more special. We were greeted several times by an outdoor white sweet kitty we called snowball, with one green eye and one blue. We will definitely stay here again, thanks to the owners for having us. AWESOME PLACE!!

Our week at The Mazelle Porch Main Level was wonderful! We have been going to OIB for 20+ years and this is first time we stayed off the island. This location on the intracoastal waterway was perfect and the BEST location we have stayed at. The porch, backyard, and covered pier deck were exactly what we needed. It's quiet and peaceful. At night, the trees in the backyard are light, allowing us to enjoy the views and play cornhole! lol The hosts are super friendly, helpful, available by mobile phone, and provide EVERYTHING! Access to the island is just right around the corner. There is a fire pit in the backyard that we will use when we visit again in cooler weather.
