Excellent location just steps to the beach. Quiet. Well supplied with utensils. Plenty of space for 6, including active toddlers. Great host.

The view was wonderful. The house was very cozy. The beach access was perfect. The location was exactly what we were looking for. This was the best vacation my family has ever had.

Had a few hiccups with missing cleaning items and missing light bulbs. Host made sure to get it taken care of, but had to take a bit of communication and follow through on our end. I fault the cleaning company on this more than the host, as the host took care of it in the end. Pros:-Wonderful access to ocean-Nice porch to sit on and enjoy the views -Layout is nice and good size for 4-6 people -Kitchen has been redone with nice counter tops, newer appliances that work great -washer and dryer work great-location is superb, only takes 7 minutes to be at stores off islandCons:-Showers, tubs, bathroom fixtures all are original to 1985 build and have rust built up at some locations (master bathroom shower curtain would give you tetanus)-tile and grout are coming up in multiple locations in the house, particularly upstairs bathrooms and hallway-downstairs blinds on ocean sliding doors don't work or go all the way down, so can be a bit creepy since you can't fully close them-photos are a bit outdated, no carpet in living room and different furniture set up-only 4 person dining table for a house that sleeps 9 in beds

Fantastic home and location

We stayed for 10 days for a much needed vacation. Aimee was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay! Highly recommend! Location is perfect and an easy walk across the sand to the ocean.

All we were looking for!

One of our most relaxing vacations. The whole process was very smooth, the house was spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication with the owner could not have been better. Highly recommended!

Awesome vacatio

Checked in on Saturday and Sunday morning realized the AC wasn't working. Reached out to the owner and she had a crew out in a couple of hours. Great service! Location is great and house was clean and ready for our stay. Thanks for letting us use oiur home!

5 Star for one reason

The best part of the rental is the price for the amount of space and the location. It’s way more affordable than any other 3 BR oceanfront rental. You are right on the beach which we loved. We found sea biscuits that are 30-50 million years old. Ok now the not so great. The worst part was that when you open the door the smell of air fresheners was overwhelming and sickening. We located no less than 7 air fresheners. The first thing we did was make a map of locations, removed them and put them on the deck. We returned them to correct locations prior to leaving. They are really bad!!! The furniture and bathrooms are really outdated. There are plenty of kitchen utensils . When we compare the good with the not so good we still rate it an overall 5. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is excellent on the beach and our family greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is functional, but could do with some updating. The house felt a bit dingy, but most important to us was the location right on the beach.
