Perfect getaway in Ocean Isle Beach-beach just steps away & pet-friendly!

Relax at this peaceful beach house located on the beautiful west side about mid-island on a street with direct public beach access just steps away! No need to drive and try to find parking. Feel free to bring your pets, if desired! Home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. (3 queen rooms and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds), each room has their own smart TV. Perfect for families or a few couples! The kitchen is open to the great room. All furniture has been recently upgraded, along with decor and bedding. There are 2 outdoor showers, one enclosed/private in the backyard and the other in front yard to rinse off before going in the house. There is a “crow’s nest” top deck where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset views of the inter-coastal and ocean! The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen essentials. There is a laundry room w/washer & dryer and a grill on-site.

Note, there are exterior security cameras at front & rear entrance into the home, as well as garage/carport area. There are no cameras in the interior of the home. They are strictly used for security at entrances and fire/damage protection while home is unoccupied.

In peak season, mid-June through mid-August, we require a 7-day minimum stay that goes from Sun-Sun. We made this change to ensure our cleaning crew has time to do a thorough clean & launder the linens. Saturdays in beach towns, the cleaning crews are spread very thin with little time to clean. In addition to having a very clean house, another renter benefit is you won’t experience the intense check-in/check-out traffic on Saturdays. 😎

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect less than a five minute walk straight up the street to the beach. The house was a great size, completely furnished, including the kitchen and very comfortable. We love the fenced in backyard for the dogs. Lisa was great to work with and communicated well. I know it’s the end of the season, but the outdoor furniture could use a little cleaning but that’s the only suggestion. We had a great stay there and would definitely book again.

Perfect location for easy beach access. The furnishings and decorations were so welcoming and an easy, laid back vibe. Appliances provided were perfect. Large refrigerator and coffee maker are what we used. But an air fryer, blender and glass top stove also provided, which we didn't use. Our little dog loved to back yard to go pee in. What a perfect getaway. We will be back to this one. Best one we have had and this is our third trip to Ocean Isle since 2022. Highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

Family Vacation

Ocean Isle Never Disappoints!This quaint house is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach. The street is family-friendly, and offers a beautiful view of the inlet and ocean. We’ve stayed in Ocean Isle before, and this spot really stands out for its charm and convenience. Already looking forward to coming back!

Great house in a great location. House had plenty of space for our group of 5 and 2 dogs. House had various updates throughout and host graciously provided some weekly essentials. Beach access was a ramp so it made using a wagon a breeze. Our first time to Ocean Isle and we are already planning another trip back.

Fabulous long weekend

Just okay house

The place needs pressure washing. All the outside chairs on the patio were dirty. All the woodwork in the house was dirty. The ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator didn't work. The grill needs to be replaced. The pictures are very deceiving. Might have been nice if sq footage was disclosed.

We will be back!Kitchen lacked nothing. Two minute walk to beach with 7 year old. Walking distance of village. We had three families staying so we’re hesitant of two bathrooms but there is a very nice outdoor shower that should be taken into consideration if your concerned about bathrooms.

Great Beach House

Lisa was amazing to work with and her property was awesome. A short walk to public beach access and off the main road, it was a perfect location for us with having small children. She was easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as the listing.

My husband, Stephen and I live in Charlotte, NC with our two boys, Hudson & Paxton. We met in NYC and my husband's entire family resides in Charlotte, so we moved there shortly after getting married. I grew up in Tampa, FL and spent almost every weekend at the beach, so I have been longing for a beach house of our own. We love the small town feel of Ocean Isle Beach, but also enjoy that there is plenty to do in addition to going to the beach. This home is more than just a vacation rental, it was owned by our close friends since the early 1980's and full of many years of memories. This is now our family vacation home, and we are happy to share it with you, and your family & friends. Please care for it as if it were your own.

We have been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for years and have stayed at this home quite a few times on vacation ourselves. So, when the opportunity arose that our dear friend's family decided to sell this house, we immediately jumped on it! It is the perfect size home and the location on the island is perfect! Short walk to both the ocean and the intercoastal, with views of both from the crow's nest on top of the house!
