The Space:
Welcome to Hudson Terrace in the heart of Tribeca. This beautiful 4,000 SF townhouse features 4 beds, 4.5 baths and a tranquil south-facing garden. Built by John McComb Jr. - the architect of City Hall - in 1796, it is amongst the oldest houses in New York City. Located on a cobblestone street with its iconic brick façade, pitched slate roof and dormers, its exterior is considered a fine example of early Federal-style architecture, while its interior has been updated for modern living and comfort.
This stunning townhouse boasts impressive features, including:
- A massive open loft-like living room/dining room with grand windows and a decorative fireplace
- A modern fully stocked chefâs kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a metallic green-grey glass backsplash
- North and south light throughout the townhouse
- High ceilings and a mud-room with abundant closet space
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

The Neighborhood:
While this home is superb and impossible to replicate, its setting may be as important, nestled in the heart of Tribeca, surrounded by some of the world's finest properties. The neighborhood retail, food, transportation, and recreational amenity options are par none, just moments from the Greenwich Hotel, Whole Foods and so much more to the south in the newly evolved Financial District.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one monthâs rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
