Ski-in/ski-out access is available for intermediate to expert skiers ONLY. A short trail leads to the green Lower Lehman run, where you can ski straight to the QuickSilver SuperChair. Skiers with intermediate ability or better can ski back to the townhome via the Peak 10 Falcon Chair slopes.

- Loft: 2 twin bunk beds. (sleeps 4)

Upper Level:
- King master suite: king bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV, chairs/reading area, desk/work area, slope views. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: large bathroom with big walk-in tile shower, 2 sinks.
- Private sauna.

Main Level:
- Den: twin day bed w/twin trundle bed. (sleeps 2)
