The home features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, also has a separate coffee bar to start your day off right! You will find 2 smart tv's, memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms and a game room with foosball table!

Convenient to everything

We stayed with our grown children for our youngest son's college graduation. The spacious table, multiple living spaces, and amble beds fit us all. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was close to shops, restaurants, Frank Lloyd Wright Museum/tour, Bonnet Springs Park, Axe Caliber, and the RP Funding Center. FPU and the airport were easy drives. Brandon was responsive with questions and concerns. Lots of seating in this cheery well appointed house in a friendly neighborhood.

A family home away from home

Our family came in to celebrate my husband’s graduation from SEU. Great place to rest, but also be close to all the events he needed to be at. Amazing atmosphere for family time.

Very nice place for a family in Lakeland

Lovely house that was extremmely clean and well maintained. There 9 of us and the couches the kids slept on were also great for just sitting around and talking. Plenty of hot water for a large group as were visiting for a wedding and lots of showers back to back. Very convenient to any shopping and restaurants.

Property is exactly as advertised. The house was clean and stocked with everything you could need for your besides food and clothing. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We would happily stay here again!

Great spot

Super cool spot, and an awesome space for our group of seven coming in for a relay race. Great neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and stores. Clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

Serenity

We was very well pleased! The home was very spacious, the beds was very comfortable and it was very clean. The neighborhood was so quiet and the few neighbors we saw was friendly. We spend the majority of our time at the house and chilled because it was so peaceful. No tvs in bedrooms was a plus and made us come together to socialize. Nice kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. Brandon did an excellent job communicating. Memories were definitely made.

Very nice home, comfortable if we need that much space again would check availability .

Roko tv did not seem to be connected to cable box, we never did get connected, had to stream everything . Neighborhood was great , walked and met some of them. Love Lakeland area!

Great property.

We rented this for our family during my son's wedding weekend. Other than having to put the many decorations up out of toddler's reach, we had a pleasant stay. Kid's dishes and utensils were advertised, but there were none. Really quiet neighborhood!!

Everything was very nice

This house was very nice. I've stayed at plenty of vacation homes and this one was the first to have every thing you need in the house. We enjoyed playing all the board games. With no TV in the bedrooms it forced everyone to spend time together which was perfect. This was a short trip for a wedding but if we ever have to come back I'll definitely book here again. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Thanks for having us!!!
