Welcome to Water's Edge, a beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean home filled with natural light and a bright, inviting atmosphere. Our spacious layout offers comfort and convenience in a great, safe location, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests with seven distinct beds across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bedrooms:
"Luxe" Master Suite: Features a King Canopy bed, a cozy reading corner, and an ensuite master bath with a huge zero-threshold walk-in shower, dual sink vanity, and a spa-like feel. A wood shower seat is provided.
"Gator Room": Offers a King bed and super fun, tropical decor.
"Whale Room": Includes a Queen bed, a small Serta futon, and a 43" smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with walk-in closets, hangers, a dresser, luggage rack, extra blankets, reading chairs, reading lights, essential oil diffusers, portable fans, laundry baskets, and room darkening shades for a restful sleep. An iron and ironing board are also available.

Kitchen & Dining:
Our large chef's kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances, including an electric range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. It's very well-stocked with serving dishes, pots, and pans. The dining table seats 8 to 10, with additional seating for 4 at the adjacent kitchen counter.

Living & Recreation Areas:
Living Room: A spacious area featuring a 75" smart TV for your streaming needs, board games, binoculars, a viewfinder, and books (children's books and toys are also available).
Cozy Wine Lounge: Discover our "Bicycle Bar" and chess game area, perfect for unwinding.
Sunroom/Recreation Room: This vibrant space offers a shuffleboard table, cornhole set, poker set, and a conversation lounge area. For your wellness routine, you'll find yoga mats, towels, and a block. It also includes a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi and two twin trundle beds (providing four separate twin beds). Enjoy stunning views of the lake from this room.
Garage & Parking: The garage houses a washer/dryer, yard games, driveway pickleball equipment, croquet, a smoker, grill, and fishing poles. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway (please stay to the left as it's a shared driveway). The two-car garage is also available for parking.

Pool Area: Step out to our outdoor, screen-enclosed, heated swimming pool, a premium amenity for your enjoyment. The pool area includes noodles, floats, a pool exercise set, outdoor dining for 6, and comfortable sun loungers. With direct lake access, you can bring your fishing gear or boat; Lake Parker is excellent for fishing, and public boat ramps are nearby.

Wide and flat driveway.
Entry is lit with a 4-inch step up to the double door.
The master bath has a zero-threshold shower with a wood shower seat (no grab bars).
There is a 4-inch step down into the sunroom/gameroom that leads out to the pool.
