Welcome to G-Town at Ponderosa! Inspired by the love of the desert and modern design, this space is your home away from home!

Just minutes from Agritopia, San Tan Village, Historic Downtown Gilbert and a many local attractions, G-Town at Ponderosa offers a well thought out space with access to a ton of amenities right in Gilbert.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we needed, and check-in was smooth and simple. Having all the baby essentials available was a huge help, it saved us from having to lug everything with us and it made our trip so much easier.The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made the stay even better.

We had a very comfortable stay. Owner was responsive to needs (like adjusting the thermostat). It was convenient having access to a garage since there wasn't much parking available and location was excellent for our visit. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped. I would highly recommend and plan to stay again.

Brandon is great at communicating when I had questions. The home is very clean, well supplied with linens, kitchen items and utensils. The location is easy to get to everything. There isn’t a lot of outdoor/yard space if that’s something that is important. I spent a lot of time away from the house except in the afternoon or evening and would definitely stay again.

Our second time staying at G-Town and loved it! Super clean with plenty of extra linens, towels and a stocked bathroom. Staying here is just like staying at home. There are spices and coffee stocked, so cooking isn’t a hassle. Definitely would stay again!!!

Excellent stay.

Excellent stay. Clean, nice neighborhood and quiet. This vrbo is well organized, from the checkin to the checkout. Kitchen is well stocked, and garage parking is very convenient. Internet was blazing fast and the pool was close. Overall a great stay and a great value!

The cleanliness and attention to detail was perfect. Felt like home, which is just what we wanted. Close to shopping and one of the best coffee shops ever! We will definitely stay here again when we visit in a few months.

Cute townhome

This little town home is darling and very clean It has two beds and a futon. It’s decorated so cute and the owner is incredibly accommodating. Super easy check in and out. The pool deck was being re-done so sadly we didn’t get to use it.

Amazing experience. We had to leave our state during the wildfires, and our family was quickly able to settle into this home with minimal disruption to the routines of our young kids. It was clean, spacious, high-tech so my husband could easily work, had every amenity we could possibly need, was kid-friendly, and had a washer/dryer and a garage. Being able to come to this comfortable home after a chaotic few days was just what we needed. Brandon is super responsive. We’ve already booked our next stay (hopefully without wildfires at home this time). Thank you, Brandon, for a wonderful place for our family to come experience peace and normalcy during a stressful time.
