Enjoythis fully renovated place in St Petersburg. This house is very close to the beaches, Skyway bridge, St Pete Downtown, Malls. In case you want to have your morning coffee just walking by the water, you are also very close to St. Pete Pier. if you just need to stay home and rest, you can stay at home and enjoy with your family or friends. and cook anything in the perfectly established kitchen. Would be wonderfull to go skyway fishing pier and come back with fresh fish.

Convenient and Comfortable

This nicely updated house is located a convenient distance from downtown St Pete. It is well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and near public parks.

Cute and conveniently located

The house is larger than it appears from the outside, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The house was also conveniently located only 2 1/2 blocks from my brother, so we could walk to visit with him. With a little work and money, the backyard could also be a nice space.

Lovely place

We really enjoyed our stay except for the outside and some electrical issues in the ensuite bath. The grass was over a foot tall, ping pong table was unusable due to be totally exposed to the elements. Landscaping was non existent and its a shame because we would’ve enjoyed using the back patio. Grill was charcoal and dirty and disgusting. Patio furniture was not protected. The light switches in ensuite bathroom were a mystery that we did not solve. Location was great for accessing Tropicana field.

Just okay!

Neighborhood not great but was convient to downtown. Construction trucks/trailers/pop up tents parked in the front yard of house next door was an eye sore. Upon checking in, the house was clean , but there were several things broken in the house. I tried to notify the owner/property manager immediately but received no communication back. Outlets in both bathrooms did not work. Back yard needs major help! Cute updates and decoration in the house and there are plenty of rooms/bathrooms.

Small but nice

We stayed to be near family for the holidays. The photos of the inside are accurate but the space, particularly the living room is very small. The tv is on the wall to one of the bedrooms in the dining room which made it hard to watch, particularly if someone was sleeping in that room. The backyard was not as pictured, the furniture is small and moldy (maybe from the hurricanes) and didn’t look sturdy. No kitchen towel, only one potholder and the water pressure in the kitchen sink and primary bathroom was only a trickle. Neighborhood and exterior of the house is not as expected. Very run down. Close to things but not the residential area we anticipated whe. Viewing the photos of the interior. Should have recognized this when there were no photos of the outside.
