Bang for your buck

This is one of the best deal out there. The place is beautiful. It has everything you need, from shampoo to coffee. Extremely clean. The background needs some love but they were going thru a serious drought. It is fully equipped tho. The only downside: the neighbourhood
 very safe from our experience, but old and not very pretty. The house stands out from its cleanliness. Neutral point: the bathrooms will need some updating in a foreseeable future. Thanks for your hospitality !!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The hosts were very responsive and have thought of everything their guests would need. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all seven of us. The back yard was well kept and great for the dogs and is also a very good space for hanging out or having a bbq. So much space and amenities! We will be staying here again! Beautiful bright and cheery Florida home! The directions and location were great. We were able to check in late night and get acclimated to the house and accommodations for all were outstanding! Back yard at night was the best. Private and relaxing after a day out at Clearwater Beach. My entire family raved about the whole site all weekend long!

Excellent Rental and Owners

The Rental was immaculately clean, well stocked and accommodated all of my family and our needs. We enjoyed the location. It was convenient to the BayCare Sound Center. ILIR the owner was amazing. He granted us an early check in. Went out of his way toAccommodate our early check in and late check out request. Was always available and communicated with me up and to checking in. He and his wife were so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this VRBO. We will go back and stay there again. Thank you ILIR

Work trip, Perfect location

The property was just as described. Very clean and all amenities of home. I was on a two week work trip.10-15 minutes to beach and work. Owner communicated wonderfully. Property was available for early check in which worked out perfect. Much appreciated! I'd definitely stay again. Highly recommend! My family came up for Easter weekend and there was plenty of room for my husband, two children and their families. Side note: Being by myself for two weeks I did feel very safe.

Amazing and convenient location

We had a wonderful time here. The house was full of amenities, we loved how nicely prepared the backyard was since my family loved grilling. However, what really impressed us was how hospitable and responsive our host was. They did not hesitate to answer any of our questions and concerns. We definitely recommend this place for any families who want a good beach getaway.

Relaxing Recovery

We were in St. Pete for my son’s surgery. This home was cozy, comfortable and peaceful. The perfect place for recovery. Our fur babies enjoyed the fenced (privacy) in back yard. This home was immaculate. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to texts and phone calls. They even called to check on our son to make sure he was doing okay. This will definitely be our go to home when visiting St. Pete. Thank you. T. Powers

Home Away from Home

The property is perfectly located within a 10 minute drive from Clearwater beach and Dunedin. Check in was a breeze. It was impeccably cleaned and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Ilir was a great host. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything and was always very quick to respond.

Great house not too far from the beach!

We had a great stay in Clearwater. Ilir was very responsive and the home was spacious. It was about a 15 minute drive to the beach and most everything else we wanted was within 5 minutes (Publix, dining, downtown). The only negative thing I would have to say was that I could not find any basic cleaning supplies (countertop spray) so we could tidy up after ourselves, so I did go and purchase that. I also think the current kitchen trash can was too small for a home that can comfortably house 8+ people. These two minor details would not deter me from staying there again, though. The home is lovely.

Family vacation in Clearwater

The house is the perfect size for a family, especially with children. It was convenient to McGill AFB where our Airman is stationed.The backyard was an added touch for pets and grilling. The mosquitos were too bad to sit outside and enjoy it. The neighborhood was nice, great for walking. The house is about 10 mins from Clearwater Beach and is fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. The house could use professional extermination in the kitchen and caulking in the upstairs master bath but the host was extremely kind, responsive and very accommodating.

Great Hospitality and Great Location

This was a great stay for my family of 8! Check-in process was very easy thanks to the home owner. He answered any questions that we had promptly and even made sure to meet us outside of the home to greet us and facilitated the check in process. The pictures online are 100% accurate. The home is spacious, very clean, and easily accommodated my family of 8. The house offers everything you need; Several board games, a backyard with a grill/gas included, towels/beach towels, beach chairs, full decked out kitchen, TVs etc. A plus from the experience is the location, the house is 25 minutes from the airport and 10 to 15 minutes near many attractions like Clearwater beach, Sand key beach, Aquarium, Parks, Botanical Garden, food spots, etc. Overall, I would recommend anyone to stay in this location. The home owner is always there for anything you need and the home is very nice!

The house is clean and cute decor throughout the house. I would give it 5 stars but there were roaches in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the home and the beautiful city.

We really liked this location which is only few minutes to many attractions including the top rated Clearwater Beach. We have worked really hard to update the house and make it a very welcoming for our guests. From beautiful coastal colors, to tasteful decorations you'll be on vacation mode and we're happy to help you enjoy every moment of it. We welcome your furry friends as well for a reasonable fee.
