Stunning lake view home! Located just 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, this home is a paradise. Enjoy a beautiful backyard oasis with a lake for fishing and lush landscaping with 2 car garage. Bask in the sun or relax in the shade your choice! The house features large rooms with easy-to-clean tile and wood floors, spacious closets, and windows in every room.

The master bedroom, offering privacy on the right side of the home, includes a double closet and an attached bathroom. The two additional bedrooms boast ample closet space. On cooler days, unwind in the enclosed spacious sunroom. The laundry room comes with a large closet for extra storage or a pantry.

Beautiful property right on the lake. Enjoyed sitting in the back as the sun set watching the water fowl.

Spring Training and Beach stay

We had a lovely time in Clearwater. Great location to get to the ball park and beach while enjoying a quiet lake setting.

Perfect and private home on lake

The house was large, very clean, nice backyard on the lake and perfect distance for us from family and the beaches. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

Clearwater retreat

We absolutely loved this hidden gem. The lake had families of ducks walking around. we fished right off the dock. The beach was only 5 miles away. All restaurants were close by. Definitely will stay again next trip to clearwater.

It’s a lovely, spacious house on a beautiful lake and a quiet street. The neighborhood was good for walking or bike rides. Pinnelas Trail is 2 miles away. For the fisher person, the lake has some nice sized bass. The drive to the beach was pretty easy except when traffic getting through Clearwater Beach was bad (continuing thru Clearwater Beach and going to Sand Key beach was our preferred option). The kitchen was not well equipped. We purchased and donated a toaster, baking sheet, spatula, bowls for mixing, can opener and measuring spoons. All things a kitchen needs to have. The ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator don’t work. We bought some blankets (not donated when we left) because we hit a cold spell and the house didn’t have any. Workers showed up a few times to work on the house and trim trees but we weren’t notified. We just suddenly had people in the backyard. But all in all it was a wonderful place to to spend 6 weeks.

Our stay in clearwater was very nice..It was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities you would have at home..Near various stores and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our host answered any and all questions we may have had. It truly was home away from home..Thanks

Short stay

Stayed at property for 3 nights between Christmas and new years. Everything went very smoothly and the property home was very nice. I would recommend this home for a small family visiting Clearwater.

Great Stay! Super Clean!

This was a great house. Super clean and smelled clean on arrival. Enjoyed its location to spring training baseball and beaches. Recommend it for a good simple place to stay. Particularly if you like clean!

Beautiful Backyard!

We chose this place because it was close to the beach, but on a lake. The backyard was so nice to come back to and enjoy peace and quiet! The house was clean,and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen.

Spring Training

A nice place to stay for Phillies Spring Training. We stayed a long weekend. The location is great for getting to games, and you’re never too far from a restaurant or any other activity. House was clean, neighborhood was very quiet. We met the neighbors and they were really friendly. I’d highly recommend this property for a small group of people looking for a place to stay during spring training.

Quiet Neighborhood

A nice quiet neighborhood, because we were staying for six weeks there were a few minor issues that Nagwan quickly resolved. Outside of an ice maker/dispenser that only wanted to work every other day or so, it was a great place to stay. A side note the photos show a pergola that is no longer there, my guess is one of the recent hurricanes caused it to be Gone With the Wind.

Clearwater vacation

We enjoyed 2 weeks at this house. It was a lovely house with lots of room. Communication was all through the inbox and sufficient. The neighborhood was quiet. The lake was closer than we expected. Didn't catch any fish. 2 things that could be improved on. Needed more cookware. Had to buy a frying pan and a griddle. The ice maker in the refrigerator didnt work very well. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Would stay there again and refer the house to others. Thankyou.
