*Master bedroom: king size bed + sofa await your at this magnificent bedroom fit for a king & queen. For your convenience and comfort, it has a private full bathroom with double wc, large walk-in closet, smart tv and a safe deposit box.

*Bedroom two: with a king size bed + sofa, an unobstructed view of the bay of La Paz and a full private bathroom with separated shower and tub assure that you will be more than happy and comfortable in this beautiful room. There is also a smart tv and direct access to the main terrace of the condo.

 *Bedroom three: this large room is prepared to host 6 guests. There are two lower queen and two upper bunk twin beds. It has smart tv and ensuite full marble bathroom.
 
*Studio: it is equipped with a twin bed and ensuite full marble bathroom.

*Kitchen
Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances. Let the chef inside of you fulfill your culinary adventures or, if you prefer, we can bring you one that will cook local delicacies for your and your guests. The kitchen has a bar that can be used for breakfast or casual eating.

The social area is huge. It has a lovely living room with a very comfortable L shaped sofa for resting or enjoying lively gatherings before or after dinning in our ten person interior wood dining room. To add a touch of fun to your evenings, there is a full adjacent bar for preparing and indulging with your favorite drinks.

Curl up with a good book or enjoy movie nights in our TV room with large smart and a comfortable sofa that serves for sleeping as well.

For your convenience and privacy, there is a half bathroom serving the social area for your guests.

-La Paz area
La Paz, capital of Baja California Sur, is the best place to visit. Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere, desert, mountains and beautiful beaches await you. It has all the right ingredients for a great holiday destination. Spending time here offers a friendly, local feel and a unique seaside flavour of the city thanks to the Malecon that has a 6+ miles bikeway along the shore waiting for you to enjoy.

Sample world class cuisine, from unique gourmet food places to the best fish and sea food tacos (a local delicacy).

Discover why Jacques Cousteau named the Sea of Cortés “the world´s aquarium”.  -Getting around
La Paz is a two hour drive north of popular Cabo San Lucas but with its laid-back vibe, it might as well be a world away. You can fly to La Paz via Los Cabos´ airport extensive destinations in Mexico, the US and Canada or fly direct to La Paz from southern California using the Cross-Border Express terminal in the binational airport of Tijuana´s that serves the southern California (San Diego) area. La Paz is also connected via non-stop flights to the main cities in Mexico like Guadalajara and México City as well as the largest urban areas in the northwest region of the country.
 
Since the zone where Palmares Condo is located is right on the Malecon, overlooking La Paz bay, you can easily find ubers and taxis, however, we highly recommend renting a car at the airport (book in advance) to enjoy everything La Paz has to offer, including the nearby beaches, like Balandra, the most beautiful in Mexico and one of the most idyllic in the world according to several renowned international publications.
