Our newly listed property, managed by Nautilus Baja Properties, offers the perfect escape, combining modern comfort with breathtaking views of La Paz Bay and the lively marina. This retreat provides an ideal setting for both relaxation and adventure, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.



The base rate includes double occupancy for up to 6 guests. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, thanks to a flexible layout that allows a third room to be closed off. Additional guests incur an extra nightly fee, offering flexibility for larger groups without compromising comfort.

Enjoy access to your own private rooftop terrace, perfect for soaking in stunning sunsets, savoring the ocean breeze, or relaxing under the stars. Designed for ultimate comfort and luxury, this space is in a prime location, just steps away from everything you need. Great location and beautiful property. Our host Ana was great and contacted me prior to arrival with all needed info for getting into the house. The house was one of the best set up rentals I have stayed in. Stocked with everything to cook. The rooftop patio with grill was also a nice bonus to enjoy.
