The condo was nice and enjoyed being beachfront. The door from the master bedroom from the balcony is glass and allows the lights from outside in. No blinds or curtain. The kitchen was nicely furnished. We were only there for a long weekend so we didn't utilize the oven. The chairs on balcony are plastic and not very comfortable but the view was wonderful. Definitely family friendly as kids were everywhere. One elevator was down and there was always a line to use others. Saturday night we ended walking up 8 flights of stairs to get to unit.

It was a very nice condo, gave us stuff to start out with like dish soap and that type of stuff, it was a little hot inside even after turning the heat off and the air on but other than that we had a perfect view of the beach and the overall stay was great.

Our first trip to Boardwalk, not sure if we will return. Our condo was #803. The furniture in the unit was in poor condition. The chairs in the living area showed terrible wear and tear. The kitchen was lacking so much, including only 2 measuring cups, no blender, etc. It was pitiful. The balcony furniture had 3 plastic chairs, heaven forbid if you had a family of more than 3 unless you are willing to sit in each other's lap. Not even a plastic table to put your food or drinks on...so please go ahead and use the sandy balcony floor. The master bathroom toilet took a while to fill back up, you didn't need to leave the balcony door open because it sounded like the ocean waves. Last but not least, the master bedroom door leading out to the balcony had no covering, at 7am, surprise the sun is up, COME ON this is suppose to be a vacation. Upgrades needed all around.

Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear everything met your expectations and was as described. We also appreciate you pointing out the parking and amenity fees, as those are set by the resort and collected separately, not included in the booking total. We always aim to communicate this as clearly as possible so there are no surprises. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.

The location is perfect right on the beach. This room has an amazing window inside the master bedroom viewing the beach. The walk in pool is perfect for young children and the bar has fantastic food! Our family of 5 loves this resort and will be back!! The beds were so comfortable!

Great spring break

Very nice condo and the building and pool were fabulous. Easy access to beach with families vs spring breakers which was nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Master bedroom and bath are huge! The mattresses need replacing and nicer furniture on the balcony would be nice.

Perfect Beach Stay

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff who checked us in at the office. The condo staff was also very friendly and helpful. The condo on the beach had a fabulous view! We enjoyed sunsets over the ocean every evening. We also loved being close to many restaurants and attractions while still being slightly off the busy area.

Boardwalk Condos Are Stellar

Our 2 bedroom condo was exceptional. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was awesome, and the bar at the location served delicious drinks and food. We had a few minor issues in the condo that needed addressing, and they were handled quickly and professionally. We highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was comparable to others in the area. We enjoyed our stay but the pool experience wasn't great. The rules and attendants were a little over the top, I understand trying to keep order, but this pool created a little animosity with patrons and we did not enjoy that.

Thank you Shane for your review. I'm so sorry that your experience was less than satisfactory. Our goal is to provide a positive, stress-free vacation experience for our guests, and we're sorry that didn't happen. We know how important it is to have everything ready upon your arrival, and we work hard to make sure that happens. Rest assured that your concerns and recommendations are acknowledged, and we had those coordinated as we continue to grow and learn. We wish we could have exceeded your expectations, and do hope you'll return to see how we are continuously improving to impress our guests more with each visit. We have learned from this experience and will work harder to make sure that this does not happen again. We hope that you were able to enjoy your holiday trip despite these issues. We do hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future."

Hello, My name is Terry Greene, my wife's name is Dana and my daughter's name is Monica.

We are a close knit Canadian family, who reside in North Vancouver. The city of Vancouver, and ourselves, enjoyed a once in a life-time Olympic experience. My wife is of European decent, and my 14 year old daughter is in the French immersion program and both her and my wife are avid tennis players, with my daughter playing in competitive junior tournaments. As for myself, I'm a self employed accountant/financial advisor, and provide tax preparation services and tax, investment and estate planning. I too play tennis, though not at the same level, and I enjoy hiking and river rafting among other things.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We choose to buy at this location because the beauty of the beach just overwhelmed us and the Boardwalk, has an impressive number of amenities and is a first class building. We wanted a place were we could get away and bond as a family during the Christmas holidays and occasionally during the spring or fall.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

PCB is a relatively small and relaxing place, we live in Vancouver, B.C. which is on the other of North America and so it's good to get another perspective on how others live and a different flavour, complete with charming southern accents and hospitality. We believe travelling expands your horizons and our unit with the waves in the background and the ocean at your feet is a relaxing way to go about this.
