This is a great house in north Phoenix, close to shopping, food, and anything you could need, the house was spacious and comfortable, and the host , Ron, was very easy to get ahold of, and a great host. Will stay there again, I’m sure!

The property was nice. Very comfortable stay. The carpet in the main bedroom needs shampooed otherwise very nice. Ron was great.

Great stay

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at and the best one in Phoenix. Location and price were great for us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was awesome. Everything you could want including the small condiments that others don’t have(like salt, some spices, sugar, ketchup, etc.). Outdoor spaces were great. Would definitely try to rent again if we come back.

This is a mice location. It is an older property, but well maintained. The property manager was quick to answer questions and very accommodating.

Just what we needed

We needed a quick booking close to our sports tournament. This home was perfect! Convenient, and homey! We needed an option to bring my pup, even though we did not end up bringing him, felt good to have the option.

Mom's funeral

This home provided nice Refuge and place to prepare for different events we needed to go to. We had time to walk around the neighborhood and relax and spend time with others.

Quiet and spacious

We brought the whole family for GCU grad ceremonies and to move our daughter back to Colorado. This home is surprisingly close to GCU. We weren’t sure how that would work out based on the map but it was only around 15 min each way and traffic was sensible. It’s got a ton of room and has absolutely everything one might want. Perfect communication with the host, easy entry and great covered parking. The neighborhood is pin drop quiet, except for morning bird song routines, which were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen perfectly set up, etc, etc. We enjoyed the back yard and also loved watching the big lightening storm and rain that came through. Just a great place all around.

Spacious, comfortable, clean and well stocked

We had a great stay in Phoenix. The property won't win any design awards, but it was just as the photos illustrated, and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's also stocked REALLY well, and not just in the kitchen. Ron was on top of everything. It was just my husband and myself on this trip, but we could see us coming back with our adult kids and being able to spread out and enjoy ourselves.

Great rental, great host

We stayed in this property for more than two months. The property was as advertised. The property is rather old, but it is well kept and comfortable. We found there were several items we brought with us that were not needed because it was already there. Because we were unfamiliar with the neighborhood, we were a little nervous when we first moved in. We were impressed with the security of the home. However after walking through the property several times, we found the neighborhood very friendly. The bedrooms are comfortable. The appliances are of a good quality. We liked it so much we rented it again for next year!

Extremely well equipped house

Great place to stay while I was visiting family nearby. First VRBO I've been to stocked with a piping bag! (Plus air fryer, instapot, waffle iron, etc.) Neighborhood is not super fancy, but it seemed safe. Very close by to grocery stores, Target. I appreciate that we could bring our dog and spread out into 3 bedrooms. Thanks!

Absolutely Perfect

So we had a ton of room to host a few local family members, a fully stocked kitchen with supplies, a very comfortable home to come home to while in Phoenix each night, so clean and so much room to spread out and reinvorgate for the trip home! Ron was a great responsive host and just so kind and thoughtful!
