    The kitchen was dirty. Utensils were dirty. No knives. No dishwasher detergent. Coffee maker had never been clean and was filled with old friends. Dish reach was rusty and dirty. Roach glue traps under furniture. Even the dish soap container was covered in soap. I really wanted to give this a good review. The host was very flexible and accommodating with our bed for an early check in time. No plug on wall of TV. Had to wrap chord into another room. Closet door missing.

    Great weekend

    Came in town for a festival a was only 10 min down the street great area great people . Great get away time with me and my wife . An even added one more day for me with no problem thank you again .

    Sweet convenient place

    The small apartment came with all the amenities. The cabinets in the kitchen had a strong cigarette odor inside, though I realize I have a sensitive nose. It was walking distance from Llanerck Diner and on the main street to get anywhere with convenient parking. The hosts were patient and attentive as questions came up.

    Convenient spot for a visiting family member

    This property provided a visiting relative a convenient place to stay nearby over the Thanksgiving break. While the building is close to other residences and a business the noise level was reasonable and the space felt safe. The kitchen was stocked with basic essentials and made simple meal prep easy. The room and water temperatures were consistent, a real plus!! When I had questions Dolores’s responses were always prompt and helpful.

    This property was great for my daughter and I. Our friends were only 8 mins away, which was perfect for us. The sheets were so comfortable. Everything was clean. It felt cozy and not like a hotel room. I will definitely rent from them again.

    This property is best for 2 people. The pull out sofa bed is most uncomfortable. What most needs to be improved is the lighting that comes through the slotted blinds. Automatic lights turn on at night from outside and come through the blinds and transparent curtains. It’s also rather noisy from the cars on the street even though the place is set back a bit from the road. It’s surprising how you can hear the cars driving by at rapid speed. This worked well enough for us because we were not spending any significant time there. If a potential renter planned to spend extra time here to “hang out” - this is not the best place for that.

    convenient comfort

    clean, simple, comfortable, convenient. a great option. good proximity to most all area schools. easy access also into city. parking is on street (fairly busy street) but was never an issue. always had spot right in from of house gate. unit in back of house so very very quiet. and house occupants follow a "quiet time" policy as well. owners very helpful and prompt with all postings. I noted a closet door was off the runner (just to alert them) but they immediately came and corrected it. owner also provided amazing recommendations for local things like Italian pastry shops in south phillie. plan on staying again for a reunion in the spring. 5 stars.

    The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It isn’t fancy, but it is comfortable and homey. The host is very kind and messaged us to make sure we were comfortable and settled in. The neighbors were friendly.

    Dolores’ place was clean, safe and well appointed—just right for a visit with a friend only a few miles away. I’d be delighted to stay there again.

    Beautiful apartment

    The property was just as advertised. Lovely and comfort, with all the essentials needed. It was close to local stores and the parking was great. Also the property owner was very nice and helpful. I definitely would recommend this lovely apartment.
