Stunning views, balcony facing the ocean at one of the best beaches. Direct access to the beach in a 24/7 security gated Condominium. Pools, beach chairs and shades by the pool. Snack bar beside main pool.
Unbeatable location with a supermarket across the street inside a shopping mall. Pharmacies, convenience store, fancy and casual restaurants, aquarium, casino, currency exchange, etc.

Two levels apartment, both facing the ocean. Three full beds, Wifi, Ac, kitchen, safe.
Upper floor: Balcony, 3 full beds and half bathroom.
Ground floor: Bathroom, kitchen, patio and access to the beach and pools.

We have a trustfull private driver authorized to pick you up and drop you off to the airport.

We also book tours and activities for our guests as we know exactly whatÂŽs included and have good deals through a wholesale tour operator.

Perfect location for us.

Enough space for a family of 5 with 3 teens, perfect beach location, walking distance to shopping center.

Great spot on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent and access was easy and secure. There are a lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance, so no car needed.

We had a great space. Had absolutely no issues. The location is perfect as the grocery store is across the street. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Even when it came to questions outside of the condo. Can't wait to come back

Beautiful ocean front rental

Amazing ocean views from balcony & downstairs patio. Comfortable beds. I especially liked that doors could be secured from inside for the night. I felt safe. What could have been better was more than 1 dish towel & Beth/hand towels. Also, hot water seems to cycle, showers go from hot to cold randomly. Overall, I loved this place and would return!

Pleased With Our Stay

Great location. Convenient access to beach, pool, shopping, restaurants. Nice condo. Had some maintenance issues but Agustin, the Property Manager, is a super guy and was responsive whenever we really needed him. We would definitely go back.

Perfect Beach Location

The 2-story condo was perfect for our needs for 3 nights. It was so great to be able to walk out the slider and have immediate access to the beach. The beach itself was gorgeous, not rocky at all and has a lifeguard on duty during the day. Great access to the grocery store and restaurants. The condo has 24 hour security which always made us feel safe. Fantastic air conditioning and supply of towels.

Location it's the #1 factor you need to rent this apartment on 2 levels...everything super close, supermarket inside the Kukulkan mall across the small street,pharmacy next to the entrance, 1 km,10 to 15 minutes to an big open shopping plazza,where you can find...everything

great location

very clean property, right on the beach. pool access was great. security present at all times. very near to restaurants. Augstin was quick to reply back with any questions or challenges we had. Key box instructions need a little update as we struggled for a short period to open the box. we had a lovely time.

Beautiful View

This is our 8th visit to Mexico since 2021. Usually we stay in Puerto Vallarta. The ocean view at Villas Marlin was amazing on both levels of the condo! The color of the ocean water is stunning! We liked that there were 2 balconies in our unit. If you sit on your private patio on the main level, there are servers from the restaurant that walk by and will take your order and bring your food right to your table. The guacamole is the best I’ve ever had! The host ,Augustin had excellent communication!

Completely Fit Our Needs

This property checked all of our boxes. The lower level walks out to a beautiful, clean beach and aqua clear water. The 3 beds were on the top floor with a sliding wall to close off sound to those who were awake downstairs. The kitchen had a purified water filter/tap and everything we needed. There is a huge very nice Soriana grocery/liquor store directly behind the building that had everything we needed to make our own meals in the apartment (enter through the Shopping Plaza parking garage, facing the Villas Marlin). La Tia Juana, was a close 5 min walk from the apartment and had excellent tacos and ceviche. Agustin replied to every question immediately and arranged for a 35 private car to pick our family up at the airport. We rented a car down the street, to go see cenotes, and were able to park for free. Property felt very safe and had security to get in. Great stay!

Great views of the beach from either upstairs or downstairs. Easy to get to the beach as well or to either of the pools. The internet was fast enough to do remote work and video calls. Location is behind a mall with a grocery store (there aren't many grocery stores in Hotel zone). This also means it's easy to catch a bus either way so it's easy to go without a car here. Security is helpful and can help with a taxi too. Only thing that could be improved would be hotter hot water and hotter hot tubs. This could just be a common thing in Mexico though. I'd definitely stay here again. Was great to be able to prepare my own food.

Arrived and At first glance the property looked ok , but upon ferther inspection we found both bathrooms dirty toilets had urine and hair on them ,the hair dryer downstairs had a1/4 of an inch of dust , the shower had sand and a ball of hair in it .Im not sure what they cleaned but the hole place smelled heavily of bleach and made me feel so ill we left the second night .Also every time we opened the terrace door people on first floor were smoking. i told the manaer it was dirty and he said he would see if they would wave the cleaning fee but i never heard back from them . they offered to clean again but we had already cleaned it .

Absolutely Wonderful Villa !

This is the first time my vacation rental had absolutely everything above and beyond what I was expecting and hoping for. No doubt the very helpful host Augustin was a part of that as he helped before, during and after the stay to make sure everything was taken care of. He was super easy to get a hold of with any questions I had. As far as the location goes, the cleanliness, security, and view were all excellent in my opinion ! I really do not see how it could of been better. There were so many great restaurants within walking distance you would need more than a week to try them all. Everything was super clean in the villa and unlike many other reports in this complex, this unit had great hot water. The Air Conditioner worked excellent too. My back is sensitive to bad bedding and these beds were great ! Security was always present even in the early a.m. hours. A grocery store and currency exchange was in a mall directly across the street.The absolute Best with this Villa is the view. I think this unit and two of the ones to the left and one to the right have the best view. There is no obstruction and the beach is less than 15 steps away. So it's ground level view or the upstairs view. You can go to the left in the hallway for the smaller size pool and children's pool or to the right for the bigger pool and the snack bar and both are about 20 steps away. Definitely all 5 stars no doubt ! Good Luck and Hope this was Helpful.

Breathtaking views!

Agustin was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a lovely experience. The photos are as advertised, the villa itself is exceptionally clean and beautiful with lots of natural light coming in. This beachfront property has the best location, just steps from the BEACH main pool and bar. There’s a Soriana’s supermarket right inside Kukulkán shopping center behind the condominium.
