Villa individuelle de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bains avec une façade de golf. Avec piscine privée orientée plein sud et jacuzzi donnant sur les chaises de patio et chaises longues du terrain de golf fournis.

Grande salle à manger et salon avec table à manger pour 8 personnes, lecteur CD et accès interne au garage double qui a une table de billard et une table de hockey sur air.

Cuisine complète avec cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle et coin repas cuisine, 4 places assises. Lave-linge et sèche-linge sont situés dans le garage.

Salle familiale,, TV plasma 42 ", lecteur Blu ray / DVD, accès par câble et Wifi, fenêtre patio avec accès à la terrasse de la piscine.

La chambre principale a un lit king size avec TV et DVD, salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi, douche à l'italienne et dressing avec coffre-fort.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec TV, salle de bain attenante.

Les chambres 3 et 4 disposent de 2 lits jumeaux avec accès commun à la salle de bains au bord de la piscine. Les deux chambres ont une télévision.

Le linge de maison et les serviettes sont fournis.

The house was everything as listed and we loved our stay!! The house is exceptionally stocked with everything you could need and the host was very quick with all correspondence. The view of the golf course is awesome and we had the pool heated which made the stay that much better! We definitely want to come back!!

This was our third year staying at this property. It is a very nice house in a gated community. Everything you need is provided and it is clean. Host always responds in a timely manner if anything is needed. Would stay again.

3 excellent weeks

Last year we stayed two weeks at this property. This year we stayed three weeks. The house is very nice and has pretty much everything you need. The neighborhood is also very nice and quiet.

Great hub for a central Florida vacation

This house worked out great for us. We had eight adults and we had plenty of room. The weather was on the cool side so the heated pool and hot tub were nice to have on the days we weren’t going to parks.

15 night stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. We had a very busy couple of weeks planned and this was the perfect base.The villa is a real home from home there’s everything that you could need.The villa was spotless on arrival and all the beds are lovely and comfortable.Around Sourthern Dunes there is every amenity you would need from places to eat and shops etc.We had great communication from the owner and won’t hesitate to book again for our next trip.

Great House

This property was one of the best we have stayed at in Southern Dunes. The pool area was great and had great views. The kitchen was well stocked and tv room furniture was very comfortable. The owners were very easy to contact. Would highly recommend this property.

Great House!!

Stayed for 11 days with 3 friends on a golf vacation. This was our 2nd time staying at this house. House is as advertised, neat, clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Beds are very comfortable. Check in process was simple, communication with owner was great will definitely stay again.

Excellent stay in Southern Dunes

The property is on a cul de sac and abuts the golf course so there is no house behind you. You have some good separation from neighboring property and that along with shrubbery and privacy panels on the Lanai made it especially nice. The pool was nice size for the area and there was plenty of seating. Inside the home is welcoming, and the kitchen is very big and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this location. I have no complaints. I did have some trouble reaching the management company with questions and they had failed to send me the lock box code before check in. But the property itself was tremendous,.

Wonderful villa

Very clean, spacious villa. Pool area very good with plenty of seating and sunbeds. Great to have 2 ensuits and a 3rd bathroom with a door to the pool area without having to walk through the home. Loved sitting around the pool and watching the golfers on the golf course. Plenty of towels, books and games. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage which was great for washing towels and swimwear. Very large tv in living room and smaller ones in bedroom with uk channels on. Would love to come back again!

Awesome winter vacation

Enjoyed the luxury of a pool at our fingertips. The area was relatively quiet on a beautiful golf course. Usually on weekends there was more traffic. The Winn Dixie at the entrance was very handy for groceries. Walmart tended to be very busy but available for shopping and exchange of propane tank. Several fast food places in the neighbourhood but our favorite was Mannys Chop house and the restaurant at the golf course, Tavern on the Dunes, which was open to anyone.

Loved Every Minute

We just got home from enjoying a wonderful one week family vacation. The house is located in a very quiet area. You have to go through the gate house to get in so that made us feel very safe. There were 5 adults and 2 children and there was more than enough room for all of us! There are plenty of pool towels and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We all-round the beds to be very comfortable.There are many stores nearby to pick up whatever you need. Our grandson loved the pool table in the garage. We all loved the pool and hot tub. There are some games for children which we all had fun playing. We were about 15 minutes from LegoLand and Peppa Theme Park and about 30 minutes from Disney. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florida. Janet the owner is very nice and respondedvery quickly to any questions I had.

Disappointed with pool.

I paid $100 for pool heat. On day one we called and told the management company the pool wasnt filtering. It was cold. It smelled. They affirmed that they had the message and someone would call me. 2 days later i called again and they sent me an email asking what it smelled like. By this time i only had 36 hours left and being a pool owner knew there wasnt enough time to resolve the problem so i never responded. On our last day someone showed up to shock the pool and get the filter and heat running. What a waste of money that was!

Fabulous - Southern Dunes Gulf View Stay

We have just returned after a 16 day break to Orlando. This was the first time after previously holidays to Orlando booking that we self booked the individual components including our Villa stay via Vrbo. We have stayed previously on Southern Dunes as it’s a fabulous location excellent for all local experiences directly between Tampa and Orlando airports being very easy to locate just off Interstate 4 exit 55 with an array of shops and food outlets. We booked this villa as the Cul de sac setting, privacy of pool and large property were just what we were after with very competitive pricing for what it offered. The property itself was very easy to find, large, well kept and very homely. It has 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite and wardrobes, with the master being very large just off the living area. The kitchen and rear living area allowed us to watch the pool area via the large patio doors and keep connected as a family. The two twin rooms were also very accommodating with their own shower and toilet area. The property itself was well kept, very inviting and better than the southern dunes villas previously stayed in booked via travel forms with all the expected amenities. The pool area was the gem, very private, large and well screened with full Sun coverage from 8am-7pm. All in all a fab stay and as a family would recommend. We are looking to rebook with Janet who was wonderful and very courteous host that took the stress out of this component of our holiday.

Great home! Great pool! Would stay again!

First impression, this house is the 90's. All the decor and bedding is from the 90's but the house was very clean. The carpet is old and needs replaced so I didnt give 5 stars on cleanliness bc it is dark and worn. The beds were great in all the rooms but the master bedroom has a well loved spot that sinks in. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. Only thing I wish is that there was a toaster oven so that I didnt have to heat the house up by using the oven. There are so many games to play as a family. Plenty of decks of cards and other fun items the kids found to play with. The Master bedroom has cable tv but all the other bedrooms and living room had Roku. The first twin bedroom was missing the power cord from the roku but we didn't use that room. The pool was great! Nice size and plenty of patio furniture. The game room in the garage wasn't ideal for us bc we came in July and it was way too hot to be out there. The washer and dryer are huge and can accommodate family laundry. The house was a bit hot for us. I understand it is Florida and it is hot outside but the house has high celings and lots of windows and the front room of the house got into the mid 80's every day. The Master bedroom is the 2nd warmest room in the house. The house is set at 78. We were thrown off the first day bc there was a car in the driveway so we drove around for a little bit and came back bc we thought they were still cleaning but when we came back and the car was still there we realized it was the owners.

Cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the house. It's very clean, and the kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook with. The pool was warm and we enjoyed it every day. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. There was a pool table that we used, as well. For families there are puzzles and games galore.

Southern Dunes

We had a wonderful family holiday. Southern Dunes is a great location close enough to the parks but far enough away to enjoy peace, quiet and family time. The house was ideal for the kids who spent the majority of the time in the pool. My daughter in law loves to run and it’s a great neighborhood for running- very safe. Walmart as our corner shop was very convenient. Lots of lovely memories made.

Love this home and the owner was awesome!

Very clean, had everything you would need and more, tons of room, the kids didn’t even ask about electronics all they wanted to do was hang out at the pool or play hockey. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and plenty of dishes for everyone. There wasn’t anything we could find that we didn’t like about this home, it was spacious, comfortable, recently updated furniture, and. A nice quiet location.

We chose to buy a villa on Southern Dunes because a lovely golf course and our villa has a great view overlooking the 11th green and 12th tee box and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Yet close enough to all the Disney, Universal and Sea World attractions, on a gated community for added security.
