We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after a fun day out. The location was excellent, close to the theme parks, restaurants, and shopping, yet quiet enough to enjoy some peace and relaxation. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the entire property was well maintained.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Flawless vacation stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been using excellent vacation homes for since 2013 and they are by far the best rental agency. I've used VRBO and have had mixed results. Highly recommend them for your stay in Orlando area!

Perfect do nothing getaway

It was the most relaxing vacation we’ve been on. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Communication was wonderful and they sent out someone to help out with the AC when I called at 1 am fixed right away and worked wonderfully.

Great little Stay

We loved this place ! Yes it’s a little dated in places and some of the beds need updating but it’s still a great place to stay, My Grandson and I will miss the pool like crazy, Thanks for a great stay

Property advertisement very misleading to customers

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If there was a way to upload photos, I would be very happy to provide. The pool was the best part of the property. The beds were very uncomfortable (mattresses were very thin/worn. We also purchased a mattress topper for the Queen bed in the 1st floor bedroom which we left for the next guest. Cooking utensils were so bad that we purchased our own as well as to skillets to cook in. There was trash behind the couch and night stand in the 1st floor bedroom. Living room furniture was stained and worn down, sitting on the couch/love seat was very uncomfortable. Being there during the 4th of July and not being able to grill due to the property not having a gas or charcoal grill on site. Location was great inside property amenities not so great, for the 21 day stay that I paid for was very misleading from the advertising photos. Ownership should really consider investing better amenities in their property. Rim was great, he afforded to help in anyway that he could and always responded to our calls quickly.

Had a great time, perfect home for our needs.

The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, the location was centralized and perfect. Nice neighborhood, we enjoyed watching the two alligators in the pond every morning. I read other reviews and yes it might need painting here and there, the bed in the master bedroom could be updated. But overall this place was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any family looking to relax and is a short distance from any attraction and beaches.

Awesome stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for our group of 5!! We all had our own space and having the private pool was perfect after long days at the parks and for our rest days. Our ONLY complaint is we didn’t get to see the gators in the pond across the street haha :) We will definitely rent again if we get to come back to Florida. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Watching the Alligator!!!!

We had the best time in this house very clean the kids loved the pool. The manager of the home was very helpful with our questions .The neighbors were helpful with information on our pool and the Alligators across the street. We loved our view from the pool and lots of sunshine. We will be back!!!!!

Gator pond and hot tub

We loved the location easy into and out of the neighborhood to the highways. The pond behind the house had when we left 3 small alligators. Pretty neat to be able to see them. Everything we needed was provided by the home owners. The only thing I'd update would be the mattresses for the king and queen beds.

Champions Gate/BridgeWater development - Hollingshead Loop

LOVED IT! Excellent vacation homes is a dynamite management company. Super friendly and helpful (if help is needed) and great communication. The home itself was just that, a home away from home. The listing was spot on. The home is spacious and appointed well enough. Plenty of space, appliances and furnishings. We would consider renting this home again when we return next year.

Bridgewater retreat

House was big and spacious. Lots of room. The pool area was fantastic. We stayed the month of March and had the pool heated. We were in it everyday. Fabulous. A couple of questions and a small item REM our rep handled everything immediately and no issues. Highly recommend. The resident Alligator in the pond across the street was pretty cool.

Gator watching

Just as advertised. Beds and furniture could be upgraded, but overall a great stay. Some mentioned the gators in the pond. Well we felt like we were on Mutual of Omahas Wild Kingdom. Long story short they fed for hours and residents of the neighborhood had seen nothing like this. I will be posting videos on Facebook and it was awesome. Bottom line this place is solid. Need new beds and frames. Update flooring, but for the price I’d go back. Owners were super responsive.

Pleasant Stay

Home was clean and comfortable, a little dated but overall very enjoyable. Convenient location for our purposes and in the complex. We had a lengthy stay, would be nice if an additional care package of basics was dropped off for the time rented. The rain brought worms in the pool, they were excellent about ordering a net so we could scoop them out. Not thrilled to pay for pool heating but have a timer set 7pm-9:30pm unheated. Fun to watch the alligator across the street in the pond. Very good communication for any needed information.

Received a call back within 5 minutes and the repair man was there within the hour. We didn't have to wait for the repair man so we went to the parks. Came home to a COOL house. :) I would definitely rent from Excellent Vacation Homes again!!!!
