Enjoy the views from the private patio or take out one of the four provided kayaks to explore Assawoman Canal - the Assawoman Canal public kayak launch is nearby. You can also cruise the neighborhood with four bicycles supplied for guest use. The game room offers your choice of foosball, air hockey, or a basketball shoot-out challenge if you're looking for a little bit of friendly competition. The stainless steel kitchen is well-appointed for family-style meal planning, with plenty of countertop space, cookware, and a full suite of major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. In the evenings, unwind with board games in the living room or flip on the smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. An electric fireplace insert adds an extra touch of cozy ambience for group gatherings.

Additional family-friendly amenities include a kids' table and chairs, life jackets, helmets, and safety whistles. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials. Take advantage of many community amenities, including an outdoor pool, billiards, a fitness center, a sauna, locker rooms, miles of walking paths, pickleball, bocce ball, and basketball.

Beach trips are a breeze, with a convenient shuttle stop right outside the home. There's something to be found for everyone along the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, featuring a bounty of fantastic local shops, restaurants, and amusements.

Things to Know
The fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week and must be purchased by the renter at the clubhouse with a copy of the contract (payable by credit card only). Wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters ages six and above while using the amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters have access to the clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
