Great property!

The house was very nice, comfortable, and well equipped. Lots of games and activities for kids in the home. The backyard was perfect for the kids. The community pool was very nice and distance to beach was perfect. The host was responsive and helped with our questions and concerns.

Great spot for kids

Nice neighborhood about 1.5 miles from downtown Bethany. Good location if you are looking to have a quiet spot to come back to after a day at the beach.

Great Home Away from Home!

I completely enjoyed my stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The location was wonderful-close to all attractions, but away from the hustle and bustle of a beach town. I highly recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to the beach!

The house was great, good location easy access to not only Bethany but Rehoboth and Ocean City. The amenities in the neighborhood were great. WE enjoyed using the fitness center and the pool every day during our stay.

very nice home base

this place was a great home base for me & my early 20 year old friends! its a very easy drive to the beach & lots to do around it without long drives. We thought it was 2 levels but it turns out it was only 1 which we actually liked a lot better. very clean & appreciated all the stuff in the kitchen for us to use :)

My family stayed at this property middle of Aug 2023. This house is spacious and modern with a fenced in yard. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your week away. The host is quick to respond to any questions or issues. The pool is in walkable distance. We were really happy with this property!

Great Place! Great Host!

This house is very well appointed with EVERYTHING you need for a stay by the beach. You need to bring NOTHING with you except for the cocktail mixers (there is a blender for your margaritas)! The beds are clean with lots of extra linens/blankets. There are beach chairs and towels. Rooms are spacious and the fenced backyard and screened porch are great. The club house has a marvelous pool for lounging and a very good exercise equipment room/gym. The community is clean and people are friendly. The host was quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend this property.

I have been renting vacation properties for over 20 years and I can honestly say this was probably our best over all experience. The house was immaculate and very well kept. They had extra accommodations for young children that really just put the icing on the cake and helped me relax. Peaceful neighborhood, nice people & a beautiful community pool. Lovely fenced in yard and nice screened in porch to relax and drink my coffee. The host was super accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our week at Summer Knights. The house was immaculately clean! Very important to me as I usually feel the need to clean if it looks dirty, but not this house.. it was sparkling clean!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable couch and beds. Our children age 3 and 5 loved the toys, especially the tent and camping toys, Legos, magnetic board, and bubbles. There were also some art supplies, coloring books, card games like memory and go fish. We appreciated the large sturdy folding wagon and sand toys for the beach. Didn’t like the camping chairs in a bag that were there, as we prefer actual beach chairs. Bethany beach is beautiful and kid friendly. Loved our time here and would stay again. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the pool was not open to renters after Labor Day. This listing says in the photos that the pool is open till September 15. We stayed Aug.30 -Sept. 8. We had specifically picked a home with a pool so were very disappointed we could only use it 1 day out of our 8 day vacation! Otherwise everything else was great!

Bad and good

The house wasn't ready at check-in time and we had to drive around for an hour with groceries melting in our car. When we finally got in, after 5pm the first Saturday, the kitchen still wasn't clean and we had to finish their laundry. The garage smelled so bad we had to hose out the trash can on Monday after they picked up the garbage. We found the host less than adequately responsive, that is, he usually took hours to days to respond to my questions. He texted me after our stay asking me to post only good comments and let him know privately of complaints, which is not how VRBO works and felt dishonest. However, the house was beautiful, the kitchen stocked with good cookware and we enjoyed it otherwise. The neighborhood, the clubhouse and pool were also very pleasant and kept up.

The house was great. Nicely decorated. Could have had more pots to cook pasta and corn but overall was well equipped. The club house and pool are nice but not very welcoming. Seems to be managed by homeowners that are not friendly to renters.

Pleasant and Homey feel!!

Our stay at the property was very comfortable and relaxing. Kwame was very good at responding in a timely manner. He also made sure to check in with us during the duration of our stay, which added a nice touch! The home was very clean and spacious. The location was convenient in location to both Bethany and Ocean City Beaches. And the people in the area seemed friendly and welcoming. This is a place our family would like to come back and visit!
