Peaceful 3 bedroom Gulf Getaway

Come unwind in this truly peaceful 3 bedroom 2 bath which includes a saltwater pool and hot tub. Envision cooling off during the day in the pool and ending your days in the hot tub. Enjoying your days under the lanai with a drink in hand is exactly what you need.
For cooler months enjoy the option to add the poil heater for $45/day. Pool will be heated to 80 degrees. *note - if the air temp dips below 50 degrees the pool heater will automatically shut off.
*use the grill as you please, but please notify me when a bottle is getting low or empty so i can have it refilled for the next guests.
*guests swim and use the hot tub at their own risk*

*Gulf Harbors Community Beach is for permanent residents only

Trash Days are Monday morning and Thursday Morning, in order to help in keeping our home clean we ask you to put the cans out the night before
When using the grill, notify me if a tank is getting low so I can have one delivered asap. We never want a guest arriving to low tanks

My husband stayed there with our daughter for a week. He loved this place. The location was close to his family, and lots of outdoor activities, they couldn’t say enough good things about the house and the hosts. They were quick to get back to him whatever he reached out and were great to deal with. He had his family over for dinner one evening, and The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies and there was enough room for everyone to gather comfortably. The beds were comfortable and house was very clean and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus and both were used often. Would definitely recommend this home.

Great location, close to everything, in a nice neighborhood. The host is extremely responsive and made sure that all our needs were met! The home is well laid out with the primary bedroom separate from the other two bedrooms which is great for families. It was just the two of us but we could see how this set up would be perfect for two or three couples or a family! The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was soft and luxurious! Kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to make all your meals but if you decide to go out this house is close to everything! The pool and hot tub coupled with the kitchen made it easy for us to enjoy a much needed relaxing vacation not needing to go anywhere if we didn’t want to! Plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool so I didn’t even need to use what we brought with us! House had WiFi and smart TVs to round out the needs for technology too! We would stay here again and really loved our time in Florida having a great place to stay! Enjoying our morning coffee watching the sun come up was our favorite time of the day!

The house was nice! Great location and close to a lot of stores and beaches. Always had something to do around. The pool and Jacuzzi was enjoyable and relaxing especially on a hot and humid summer day.

Relaxing Week

We had a great stay! Pool and hot tub were a hit for kids and adults. Beds are comfy, everything was clean, the house had everything we expected and more. We never had a reason to talk to the host at all.

Beautiful property

Loved this home! Beautiful property that was perfect for our family. Loved the amenities and having a pool was a bonus. Pool finish is fiberglass and some members of our party were sensitive to it, but the house and everything in it was perfect for our stay.

Memorial Weekend Wedding Trip

We were visiting the area for a friend's wedding, where my husband was the best man. This house was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of space. The pool was great, perfect for dips in between gatherings with family and friends. We were very happy here.

Comfortable spot for us

My sister, my 9-year old and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting an elderly relative who lives in the area. We felt safe in this neighborhood, we enjoyed the pool at the end of each day and the kitchen had everything we needed. We found some beach chairs and a small cooler in the garage that we used at the beach one day.Elizabeth was very kind and accommodating, I can't ask for much more.

Great stay

My dad and I were visiting our Florida family and this house had the perfect location for that. Well appointed and very clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood. This is probably a “me thing” (and not something to reduce a star rating) but we wished it was darker as we slept (pool lights and front porch lights stayed on) and I wish the fridge was colder. All in all, it was lovely!

Mother / Daughter get away

I recently stayed at this property with my sister and mom to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. While the house had some great qualities, we ran into several issues that made the trip less than ideal. Pros:The house is charming, with a cozy layout and plenty of space. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Split ranch design, with two bedrooms on one side and the master on the other. The appliances were nice and worked well, making cooking and time at the house enjoyable.The owner was very responsive to messages before and during our stay, which we appreciated.Cons: We encountered maintenance issues. The shower head in the guest bathroom didn’t stay up, so we had to hold it while washing our hair. The owner said the issue was reported before but wasn’t fixed before our stay.The toilet in the same bathroom didn’t flush fully, which I also notified the owner about. I asked about pool floats in advance, and the owner assured me there were several. However, we found deflated toys with no air pump, and the owner was unsure if there was one. On one of the warmest days, a pool maintenance man arrived unexpectedly at 1 pm. He said he was just checking the water but then told us we couldn’t swim for 40 minutes due to acid being added to the pool. The owner explained the pool guy usually comes on Thursdays, but it was Monday. We also got bug bites, likely from no-see-ums, attracted to dead vegetation and water. While the house is cute, the inconveniences took precious time away from us

Peaceful neighborhood

Loved the pool and new appliances. The bathrooms were nice also. The view out the back very pretty with many different birds.

Peaceful location

Nice neighborhood area close to grocery, restaurants, big box stores. Stayed in January with temps in 50s and still able to get in heated pool. Hot tub was fantastic. Nice screened in outdoor area. Kitchen decently stocked. Plenty of towels and basic soaps/toiletries.

Awesome weekend getaway 2024

Great house

We were in town for work and the home was beautiful with an amazing pool/hot tub. Showers were really over the top incredible and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.
