Spend your vacation on Lake Winnipesaukee at this beautiful 4-bedroom waterfront home offering stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. A beautiful, enclosed entryway provides access to both the private guest suite above the garage and the spacious three-season porch, which leads into the main house.

The main house features central A/C and an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room with spectacular lake views throughout the day. The three-season porch offers plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Down the hall are three bedrooms, plus a den with a TV and twin bed with pull-out trundle for additional sleeping. Across the hall is a full bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. At the end of the hall is a spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own door leading directly outside. A laundry room near the kitchen includes a second refrigerator.

Above the garage is a beautifully finished private guest suite featuring a full bed, its own 3/4-bathroom, lake-facing windows, and a split-unit A/C system for added comfort. This separate space is perfect for guests looking for a little extra privacy while remaining conveniently connected to the main house.

Outside, enjoy a large deck overlooking the lake, a 40-foot dock with stairs leading into the crystal-clear water, and a landscaped path to a gradual sandy-bottom swimming area. The owner allows one boat up to 24 feet in length at the dock. Two canoes are also included for guest use.

Parking is available for four vehicles, with two spaces in the driveway and two in the garage.

Linens: Sheets, bath towel sets, and arrival bedmaking service are included with this rental. Beach towels are NOT included.
