Cette maison est une 5 chambres et peut accueillir 20 personnes confortablement. La maison a toutes les commodités que vous pourriez imaginer, y compris un jacuzzi extérieur avec télévision, son propre putting green, sa propre promenade sur une plage de sable, un grand quai en forme de U (les bateaux ne seront pas loués), vous pouvez apporter le vÎtre car il y a beaucoup de place. Il a un gazebo personnalisé, un grand patio et un barbecue. Il a de superbes couchers de soleil et une grande pelouse pour les jeux de plein air comme le cornhole et le badminton. Il y a aussi un canoë, paddleboard et pédalo que vous pouvez utiliser en tant qu'invité sur cette propriété. Vous pouvez voir beaucoup plus de photos.

We had an amazing New Year’s Eve stay at this beautiful lakehouse! The views were absolutely stunning, and the home itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our whole family to spend quality time together. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—right down to the heated toilet seats, which were such a nice surprise. The kitchen and common areas had everything we needed, and the house truly felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect place to ring in the new year, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Red Hill Lodge was perfect! The house and lawn were beautiful! The house was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the soft sand, smores by the campfire at night and beautiful views of the lake. Every bedroom was comfortable, clean, and fully stocked. We would definitely bring our family and stay again in the future!

Amazing Location

This property is beautifully situated on a peninsula with a great beach and large dock. The management was very easy to communicate with and made the check-in/check-out process extremely guest friendly. Great for large groups as each bedroom essentially has its own bathroom.

Amazing property

This was our second time staying here in the summer. We stayed with a large family group. Brian’s house is amazing and he is very easy to communicate with. Everyone had a wonderful time. the kids were fishing, kayaking, and swimming every day all day long!

Fabulous place to celebrate the 2025 New Year. Multigenerational family gathering for skiing, food & fun.Expansive property, beautifully appointed and maintained. Excellent space for watching football, playing board games & ping pong. Beds/baths spacious, hot tub a blast!

Great location

Brian was awesome to work with. The house is great and we had plenty to do in the surrounding area. Our kids loved the Kayaks and sandy beach. Everything was easy to use, and worked well. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing experience

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving at this lake house! The home was spotless upon arrival, and the fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to prepare our holiday meal. The views of Lake Winnipesaukee are simply stunning—waking up to the serene water every morning was magical. The house provided everything we needed for a cozy, memorable stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with unbeatable lakefront views!

Family Ski Weekend

Spent the MLK weekend at this beautiful home with family and grandkids for great ski weekend. The place is fantastic right on the lake. It is well stocked and the owner Brian was a great host checking in with us to make sure we had everything. The grandkids really enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this lovely home

Wonderful stay

What a gorgeous and convenient location for a large group! The house has everything you could possibly need or want to take full advantage of the lake and the setting. The house was also completely stocked - from the kitchen to board games. Brian left no stone unturned and was a great host as well. We had a memorable family getaway with our littles and extended family and hope to return!

Beautiful Spacious Home

We had a wonderful President’s Weekend ski trip. House was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our 5 families that stayed. Kitchen and great room were great gathering spots. Having the pool table and hockey game in the common area was nice to keep all together.

Excellent stay!

We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was the perfect amount of room for our group to dine together. Everyone enjoyed their accommodations and there was much talk of gathering here again the future!

This is a thoroughly beautiful property. It has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Gorgeous views of the lake, perfect gathering spots inside and outside the house, and plenty of space for everyone in your party to spread out. The walk in sandy beach on this property is one of the nicest you will find on the entire lake with sugar sand 200 feet wide and stretching 100 feet into the water.
