Captain Chappy's Ski House completed a gut renovation at the beginning of December 2021. The home spans 2,688 square feet between two living areas offering plentiful space for a large group. The main level of the home boasts a large open floor plan and includes an oversized chef's kitchen, island with four chairs, large dining room, living room with a 55” smart tv, wood burning stove, and a bedroom with a full bed. There are also four 9’ windows that allow for picturesque views of Killington Mountain. You will find a brand new massive deck off of the living room allowing you to sit and relax while you take in the mountain views. There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs, two of which have views of the ski trails at Killington Mountain. The master bedroom has a king bed and another massive 9 foot window staring at the mountain. It's an amazing view to wake up to in the morning! The other two bedrooms each have one queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms in this portion of the home.

In the lower level you will find a second full kitchen, a second living room, 50” smart tv, another full bathroom and two more bedrooms. Each bedroom has one queen bed in it.

PLEASE NOTE: This home has two units, a 4 bedroom unit spanning two levels of living space and a one level 2 bedroom unit. The two units are accessible from inside the house so friends and family can go in between the living spaces with ease.

You can also rent each unit independently through our other listings. It is set up where it can either be private and separate between the units or perfect and accessible for one large group to be all together and be able to easily go between the units.
