Welcome to the Alvin House, a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome, centrally located north of the Atlanta perimeter, minutes from downtown, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Kennesaw Mountain, and White Waters Theme Park.

The home features a full kitchen, with all major appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Each of the bedroom suites have a hi-rise King-sized bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom, and flat screen tv with basic cable and wi-fi.

On the main level, there is a full kitchen, eating area, desk, and half bath. The living area features a comfortable Queen-sized sofa bed to accommodate up to 2 additional guests. **Note: both full baths are on the 2nd floor, located inside the bedrooms.

Home away from home

This property was beyond amazing. Easy to get to and from Truist Park. The space was very clean and we felt like we were at home. Cozy, comfortable, and quiet. We would stay here again and again.

Home for an extended stay

Family get-away

From the booking date, to the time we checked out, we had no problems with our stay! The property managers left very detailed instructions on how to check in & out. The neighborhood was very quiet & easy to find. We definitely recommend booking! Beds were comfortable & big enough to accommodate our family of 5.

We love that each bedroom has its own private bath and that the laundry area is upstairs with the bedrooms. We also like having the half bath downstairs for guests, and a full kitchen with a range, fridge, microwave and diswasher.
