Experience the ultimate getaway with family and friends at our charming vacation home, offering a sprawling outdoor space perfect for games and creating unforgettable memories. Indulge in ultimate privacy and comfort at our exquisite vacation home, boasting a secluded backyard with a sparkling private pool. Spend your days basking in the sun or cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool - the choice is yours. The best value for your money.

The layout of the house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private master bathroom. One bed room has a queen bed. The last bed room also had a queen bed .

We have keyless entry. 24 hours before your stay we will give you all information needed to check in at the appropriate time.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but this will need to be approved and there is an additional charge for this service as we have to bring in an additional cleaner to have the home ready in a shorter period of time.

We allow up to 2 hours for early check in or late check out. We charge $20 per hour for these additional services.

Please no eating in the bedrooms.

Guest not part of the reservation are not allowed on property. If you have more than 6 guest at the house there will be an additional charge of $50 per person. (This is for overnight and VISITING guest). Your reservation will also be canceled.

Property has security system for managing exterior of house. Please do not tamper with these devices (exterior Camera's or internal base station) as this can cause your reservation to be canceled.

Good for the price, however the house needs some attention. A few major things we noticed was an electrical problem, lights dimming in and out, some sort of flys were in both showers, house exterior needs a good general cleaning.

This was our second stay at this property, and we would stay here again. Very quite neighborhood. Pool water is crystal clear. Property is clean and spacious inside and out.

Wonderful stay

Comfortable home with a nice pool. The property owners/managers were amazing and responded immediately with any questions we had. I will stay here again when i visit Orlando.

Crash Pad

There were 4 of us family members in town for a graduation. We spent most of the day outside the house and all of our meals were away. The house was clean and comfortable- including the beds. I was a little nervous because the messages coming from the host were all automated until we arrived. But when we needed to speak with the host, there was an immediate response. I would recommend staying at this house.

Not worth the price

The area was nice, close to Wekiva Springs. Quiet neighborhood. The house is showing wear and tear, and the back yard was a little different than the pictures. Pool was full of pollen sludge, so nobody was keen to go in. No skimmer to get leaves and bugs out. First night the A/C outside kept waking us up, and the next night, it wasn't working. Host had it fixed the next day. Kitchen pretty, but not much prep space, and all older non-stick cookware. Would be ok at a lower price. Avoid in pollen season.

Very Disappointed

We have a list of 32 items that to us, are very disappointing with this property. We sent the list to the owners first, but they only responded to just a few. We like the idea of capitalism, self-employment, and individual success. With that said 
. I would hope the owners will take our comments to heart, and re-think how they present their property in the future.

Far from an oasis

I t was so hot in the bedrooms we could not sleep well the vents in the back bedroom dont even blow anything out! The pool was filthy leaves in it everywhere, black mold along the sidrs of pool and dirt on inside edges of pool and floor. The host said pool guy comes on Friday but that was a holiday and they would be there Saturday. Nope nopool cleaner as of wednesday when we left but i cleaned the filthy pool. Weeds growing all around the pool deck, a complete mess. Black mold in hall bath shower. And the water pressure was terrible in the showers it takes forever to get rinsed very unhappy with our stay and i should charge for cleaning the pool. That place needs alot of work on the outside

Beautiful inside, not outside.

Very easy to contact the owner The garbage disposal was broken. The owner fixed it the next day. My issue is with the back yard. There were no screens or curtains on the porch & screen door. Owner said needs to fix because of previous renters. The chairs were rusty. The pool was dirty. I contacted owner. He said that happens with an open pool. I understood that. There was a large amount of leaves on the bottom that grew. The filter basket was on its side & the filter was packed. I skimmed the top, but there wasn’t a long skimmer to clean them. Owner showed me the letter from the pool company stating they cleaned it. He did not show me the picture of the pool attached.

Pictures are deceiving

Upon arrival, we were not able to get into the home. We were sent a bad link to use to get a code. We never did get a good link from the owners and I had to call VRBO support once we arrived at the house. The next morning when we went to take showers, there was no hot water. I sent a message to the owners asking if there was a trick to get hot water. I got a call back almost immediately. It turned out that the propane tank was empty and needed to be refilled. The tank was filled a few hours later with enough propane to "get us by" for the day then another truck came the next day and filled it completely. The pictures that are posted on the listing seem to be outdated. The interior and exterior of the home show signs of flooding and/or water damage. The closet in the first bedroom won't even open due to water damage. The AC in the 2nd bedroom was not blowing into the room. There was 1 Adirondack chair at the pool area to use. The picture shows 4. The fire pit was rusted out and the bottom was gone so we did not use that. The blue sectional was not in the living room. We had a 3-seat couch to sit on instead, which wasn't quite big enough for the 4 of us. There was no water line hooked up to the refrigerator so there was no ice. The pots and pans that were there were all warped and did not sit flush on the stove burners. It made cooking very interesting. I am running out of room to leave more information but VRBO needs to make sure all listings are accurate. I expected better.
