Great Location!

The unit was very clean and had any amenity that you could ever need! Truly a home away from home. Walkable location to the Framer's Market, coffee shops and Burke's donuts! Will definitely book again!

Really nice place!

Our extended family stayed here for a few nights recently when in the Danville area for a funeral. It worked out perfectly and it was so much better for our family to share the awesome apartment than getting a few hotel rooms. The place was really nice and very well appointed. Very cool design with high end fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. Great location right downtown, and it included a parking pass. Burke's Bakery is only block away!Our only concern was with the amount of hot water available. The showers offer multiple heads so a LOT of water flows if they are all in use. The controls are confusing, and I think the showers run longer than at home because you're trying to figure out how to get the temperature right and get the shower heads you want working. It was tough to get everyone a hot shower back to back before we headed out to the service. Maybe posting some instructions would be helpful.It's pricey, but we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Excellent communications and follow up from the hosts.

College graduation weekend

We had best stay at the loft for Centre’s college graduation! Perfectly located for walking to any downtown restaurant and to campus. The space is beautiful and everything you need for cooking, laundry, etc, is available. Will definitely stay again!

Weekend in Danville

A Gem

This apartment is just as good looking as its photos indicate. Everything is high class, beds are comfortable, location is in the heart of downtown and close to everything, and all of the amenities are outstanding.

Fabulous flat for a family stay.

This is a high-end, well-appointed, spacious luxury flat. The kitchen is an entertainer’s dream. The living area has plenty of room for family get-togethers. The master bath is a spa all to itself. The rooftop is a great place for morning coffee or a nightcap. The location in the heart of Danville can’t be beat! Very close to Centre College. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. We will definitely want to book again on our next trip to town.

Perfect!

That says it all! Great location with easy walking to restaurants with outdoor seating, stores, and of course Dry Stack and Plank on Main! The rooftop porch was fun as we had some mild nights. The open floor plan is conducive to large gatherings that can beak into smaller groups. I will definitely look for availability when we’re next back in town.

Perfect reunioun

I have been visiting Danville for my family reunion for over 40 years, and I have not really been a fan of the local hotels for quite a while now. Last year's experience at a hotel was so bad that I swore it would not happen again-- so this year I decided to try Vrbo for the very first time. This property is absolutely fantastic. The owners of this property really know what it takes to be fantastic hosts; perfect communication from start to finish, a clean and inviting atmosphere, concise directions and descriptions of the amenities, as well as an extreme attention to detail. The location is centrally located downtown but was surprisingly quiet and although there is construction on the street it is clearly going to look much nicer when finished and did not affect the stay at all anyway. Everything inside the property seems brand new, the beds are comfortable and the rooftop patio is a great place to hang out. All in all, this first Vrbo experience sets a very high bar for future properties, and in the future any travels back to Danville will likely include staying at The Residence. I really can't thank Leigh and Aaron enough for providing what is probably the best property in town and could not have been happier or more impressed.

I couldn’t recommend this apartment anymore. Better in person than the pictures, and the host was attentive and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Danville Main St. Loft

WOW!!! Very modern yet antiquity abounds. Simply beautiful inside and furnished with everything you need to enjoy a special evening or week long vaca with family and friends. Hosts make you feel right at home with instructions and nothing is left to wonder about. Highly recommend this vrbo!

Beautiful loft!

What a gorgeous loft! Right downtown, walkable to restaurants, shopping, Centre campus. Loft is luxurious, all amenities, even soaking tub with TV. Will be back!
