Mis Ă  jour avec la nouvelle peinture, moquette et revĂȘtements de sol dans toute la maison. Cette maison au bord du lac a une vue magnifique et une rampe de bateau privĂ©e et un quai.

Cette maison de 3 200 pieds carrés peut accueillir 14 personnes et comprend 4 chambres à coucher, un canapé-lit queen-size, 3 salles de bain complÚtes, 2 taniÚres, une grande terrasse surplombant le lac, une machine à laver et un sÚche-linge, 3 foyers, une véranda et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée . Grande taniÚre pouvant accueillir 16 personnes.

La location de bateaux et la livraison sont disponibles au port de plaisance Ă  proximitĂ© (Herrington, Chimney Rock et Pandora Marinas) ou apportez les vĂŽtres et profitez de notre quai et de notre rampe de mise Ă  l'eau privĂ©e. Nagez ou pĂȘchez hors du quai privĂ©.

Everything went well from check in to check out. We had 12 people total and the kitchen flowing into the dining/family room area, with lots of seating, worked very well for us. It was cold during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy the dock and the outdoors as much as we would have liked. My sisters, niece's, daughter, and grandchildren all enjoyed the hot tub. We visited Maker's Mark, which is about 1 hour away and hiked in Jessamine Creek Gorge which is 30-40 minutes away. The washing machine is quite noisy, so I was worried it might break every time someone used it. Other than that, our stay overall was a great experience.

We loved our stay. The home is huge. Plenty of space to spread out, which we liked as we were traveling with in-laws. The downstairs is a great gathering area, with a huge and well stocked kitchen, several dining table options, and a great tv room/hang out section. The top floor deck was an amazing spot to sip coffee in the mornings, as was the downstairs screened in porch. My kids definitely enjoyed exploring the rocks around the property (water levels low, so plenty of space to explore), and the men of the family absolutely loved fishing every day. The property is tucked back down a long, quiet country road. It’s a great place to just get away from the hustle. The neighbors are super kind and friendly, which is a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Also the views are amazing.

Spiritual retreat for group of 10 woman. We had plenty of space for arts and crafts and meals. The views from the decks were amazing. House was well stocked with towels, linens, and everything we needed for the kitchen. We enjoyed cooler evenings with a nice fire in the fire-pit. Plenty of space for parking. We rented a pontoon at one of the local marinas. Everyone that came remarked on the beautiful location and house. Would definitely stay again.

Spotless, well-equipped home in beautiful, peaceful lication

Recently returned from a week's stay: 2 couples, 1 single, and the younger couple's kids (6mo, 9, 12, 15yo) - extended family. The layout of the house was perfect for us, with all BRs & 2 of the full BAs on upper floor, a roomy, well-lit, & sensibly designed (& well-equipped!) kitchen that easily enabled 2 or more of us to be working on meal prep @ same time without tripping over each other, and plenty of dining areas - the main table was large enough to fit us all, so we kept a jigsaw puzzle going on the smaller table to the side. A nice bonus was the Wii system on the upstairs TV that kept the kids occupied on the 1 day of inclement weather. But as nice as the house was, the best part was outside: the river setting was gorgeous & peaceful, facing a densely-treed bluff. We fished from the dock every day, caught several small bass & bluegill - no keepers, but then nobody fished early AM when the bigger fish were jumping lol. Communication with the host was superb.Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice

Lovely property, very child friendly inside, beautiful big tables for family style meals, nice kitchen if you like to cook, wonderful master bedroom and areas to relax and play in. WiFi and everything worked nicely. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with. Sunrise by the water with a hot cup of coffee is a very nice experience. Also it was clean. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Amazing view right on the lake

Very nice property. Very spacious with boat dock, hot tub and a boat ramp. My sons loved exploring the property and fishing off the dock. Very relaxing picturesque experience. Wedding party

Me, my future wife, and our wedding party had an amazing stay at the house. It was the perfect place for all of us to sleep and enjoy eachothers company. The downstairs was a perfect spot for all of us to eat and play games together with plenty of bathrooms and beds. The view was also amazing at the lake.

Very nice

The overall stay was absolutely amazing. Very nice place nice quiet neighborhood great walk to the water. The only downfall that I feel is that they have a ski jet and tied up to the dock which made it hard for us because we had two boats so we had to tie one boat to the other instead of both to the dock, that’s the issue we had

A yearly tradition

My husbands family has spent summers at the lake for almost 60 years. We have just spent our fifth year at Blue Heron Point and couldn’t be more thrilled with the beautiful home. Spacious enough for the whole extended family. Beautiful view and easy access to the water.

Beautiful View of the Lake

A lovely home with plenty of whatever we needed for a few fun days with family. I loved seeing the sun come up in the morning and watching the fog rise off the lake.

Great lake access

We had a great stay at the lake. The view is stunning from the house as there's no residences across the lake to see so it's just wild and beautiful. The rocks were really fun for the children to climb on and we loved the screened in porch to eat at. We brought our own pontoon boat and it really opened up all the water fun we could've wanted. House was clean and spacious.

Amazing lakefront property

This is our fourth year renting this property. We all agreed it felt like coming home. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some quiet time alone. The terrain from the house to the lake is uneven and may be difficult for the less sure-footed guest but it also keeps the natural quality of the lakefront. We love this property!

Annual Family Lake Trip

Perfect setup for a family vacation on the lake! Our 2nd year in a row! The location on the lake, the private dock with a nice umbrella, the lawn area, and screened-in porch make outdoor living ideal for a family. The house is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Parts of the house have been updated and are nice, while some things in the house are a bit worn. It is very well stocked and is just as described. We highly recommend it!

Favorite place to stay on the lake

This is our 4th time staying in this home. Our 5th time will be later this month. The property has everything you could ask for in a lakehouse. The owners and property managers are very responsive, and answer any and all questions asked every time. The grill was recently replaced. I believe we were the first to use it. Thank you owners for the new grill! It worked perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better relationship between ownership and renters. We will be back soon and cannot wait!!!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Our family thoroughly enjoyed comfy beds, a fire pit, football, food, beautiful scenery, fun games and a great layout. The kids really loved climbing around the rocks and exploring.

Family Get Together

We had a group of 8 adults for a family get together. The house was perfect for us; the right amount of bedrooms and the family room was great for us. We play a lot of games/cards so we had plenty of room. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Thank you!

This house sits on a point and has a spectacular view of the lake. It is located on a quiet, private road, but is only a few miles from restaurants and other attractions.

The private boat ramp is a great perk, and the views from the upper level deck and the lower level screened-in porch are beautiful and relaxing. The great room is a large, open space which nicely accommodates a large group for meals or games.
