Kaylee was great with her communication. The house was comfortable, had everything one would need for a stay, and was within walking distance to Centre College. Kaylee left a personal message and cookies from a local bakery that were there when I arrived. Arrival and departure instructions were clear.

Wonderful location -- walkable to Danville and Centre College campus. Kaylee was great communicating all necessary information. The property itself was clean and well furnished and the kitchen well stocked. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be booking here again.

This house is absolutely adorable! It’s spacious, well-stocked, and so clean. And the front porch swing is a great place to relax. We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding hosted at Warrenwood Manor, and the location was conveniently located for a short, easy drive to and from the venue. Communication with the home owner was great! I highly recommend this property if you’re looking to stay in the area!

Great Place

The location was great, a short walk downtown for breakfast (check out the Waffle Stop) and dinner, as well as local shopping and a walk around Constitutional Square. The house was very spacious, clean and provided all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Senior Lacrosse Weekend

Great location if you plan on visiting Centre College for any activity. Perfect walking distance to the college and all the shops in the Main St area. House is perfect on a quite street, very clean and filled with old time charm that you do not see in present day homes. Kaylee was great to communicate with and would stay here again

Beautiful house

We were there for a wedding but we took advantage of being walking distance from downtown to have several nice dinners. The house was extremely spacious, we were very happy with everything, it was lovely. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, lots of space.

Love this house

The location is great if you’re visiting Centre college or there to explore the beautiful town of Danville. We love sitting on the big front porch. The house has everything that you need plus extras.

Charming Getaway

The 1920s house has all the modern amenities we needed but still retained the charm. The neighborhood was nice with fall leaves all around us in late October.

Great location. Perfect for a walk in the evening around campus and can walk to a few good restaurants. Home was an older remodeled home. Spacious bedrooms. Owner was accessible.

Location, location, location

Quiet street and nice yard and fire pit! The house was clean and we loved the swing on the front porch! We were in town for the Brass Band festival and this location is one street away from the stage and a couple of blocks to the downtown area. Ideal location for a football game as the stadium is right next door. Would definitely book again!!

Perfect spot for a visit to Danville and Centre College

Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Centre in May 2024. House was great and well appointed. Walked right to campus and graduation. Easy walk to downtown. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Host was great to communicate with, helpful and responsive. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Great weekend stay

Great property. Perfect location for visiting Centre College. House had everything we needed and the communication with the owner was amazing. My only piece of feedback is the wifi wasn't working well, probably a simple fix by them. And the front porch needs cleaned. Lots of spider webs, bugs etc.

Fantastic place

If I could give this place 5 million stars I would. We had plenty of supplies left for us. Like shampoo, soaps, water etc. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We played games as a family. Found one we will buy. Relaxing to sit on the front porch swing and read. Easy to follow rules and instructions. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely rent here again.
