Our brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a fully stocked kitchen is perfect for large groups that like to have a variety of things to do within minutes of home base. Our home is centrally located just minutes from Downtown and Award Winning Beaches. This home offers upscale finishes and Mid Century Modern touches that you'll simply love! Look no further, come host a fun company retreat, wedding group or family vacation.

THE SPACE
Open the door to a wide open ranch, split concept, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. With 2 rooms on each side creating a very private feel for all guests. We designed this home to have a combination of comfort, style and FUN! This Mid Century Modern home is full of character and is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with the perfect location for a variety of things to do (See Location below). Home comes fully furnished including 9 beds!, stocked kitchen, dining room, game room, bunk room, and more.

Just minutes to Don Cesar (The big pink hotel), award winning St Pete beaches, adorable Gulfport and downtown St Petersburg: including the Dali Museum, St Petersburg Pier, Tropicana Field (Home of the Tampa Bay Rays). St Petersburg College is right around the corner and Tampa and Clearwater are a short 30min drive. Or take a day trip down to Anna Maria Island (50min).

Aside from the upgraded touches featured inside the home, in the fall of 2024 we plan to completely revamp the back yard with a pool, pergola, BBQ, lounge and dining area.

Come celebrate your special moments at our home, just don't throw a party. You will be charged extra fee's and asked to leave immediately if any of the rules and regulations are broken. No exceptions or tolerance. You will be asked to leave our property immediately with no refund.

Excellent House & Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Have family in St Pete and have been to the city many times. This house is 10 min or less from everywhere and right where you want to be. Very clean, well stocked, and exactly as advertised. Brenden was very responsive and an excellent host. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great family home

We enjoyed our stay at this home, it was perfect for what we needed. The layout was great - very spacious with two bedrooms on one side of the house and two bedrooms on the other side. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated, and our kids loved the game room! (Game room is not air conditioned). The only downfall was that our kids wanted to ride their bikes, but the rock driveway did not allow for that, and the street in front of the home, at times, had some questionable people walking along it. It’s located in a very quiet area though, which was nice and exactly what we needed. It’s also centrally located - it was a very quick ride to John’s Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and to the beach. Stores and restaurants were right around the corner. Brendan was extremely responsive, friendly and reasonable. Great host! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Home - HIGHLY Recommend!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! We stayed at the Lakewood Estates home this past weekend. There were 12 adults and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was VERY well equipped with anything you could need and it was IMMACULATE! You can tell everything was updated very recently. The pictures on the listing were accurate. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the mattresses were very comfortable. Although not walkable to downtown St. Petersburg and other places, it was a quick drive or Uber ride to everywhere. Very convenient to the Tampa Airport (about 25 minutes away). The hosts were incredible to work with and answered all of our questions immediately. Oh - did I mention, they left a lovely note and snacks? I would 100% stay there again and plan on doing so!
