Welcome to your cozy retreat, "your home away from home."

This centrally located first-floor 2BR/2BA condo invites your family to experience the best of Hilton Head, just a stroll away from the beach. Leave your car behind and embark on leisurely walks or bike rides to explore the charming shops and restaurants at the popular Coligny Plaza

The Ocean Walk condo is a haven of relaxation, offering both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, Pickleball and Tennis courts.

Inside, this amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout spans 1200 sq ft, accommodating up to 7 guests comfortably with a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, and a queen pull-out sofa. The full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, allows for convenient meal preparation for you and your guests. A washer/dryer in the condo, WIFI, and two living room areas with big-screen Smart TVs provide all the comforts of home.

The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a king-size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed. An additional pull-out queen couch is found in the secondary living room. For your convenience, we provide a beach buggy, chairs, and an umbrella for your leisure by the shore.

Newly renovated, the condo features updated floors, fresh paint, and modernized bathrooms. As a thoughtful touch, starter packs are provided with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, and a few snacks.

Parking is a breeze with free space available for 2 cars per reservation. Please note that pets are not allowed, and reservations must be made by individuals 25 years of age or older.

Family get away

It was a very nice condo. Roomy and spacious. Good amenities. The outdoor pool was very nice. Only complaints we had are that the floors were dirty(little ones had black feet), and the indoor pool and hot tub were closed due to construction, which was not mentioned to us in any communication. That was the biggest factor in choosing this property.

This unit is on the ground level and was great for my family! It was so clean and loved the separate sitting areas. It's located near the beach, restaurants and shops.

The condo was very nice and loved the lay out . Only thing small complaint I had was we had to wipe down the kitchen countertops because it has a gritty type dust all over it . The rug in front of the blue couch had sand all over it and looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed. We enjoyed our girls weekend and how to get back to Hilton Head again very soon!
