This centrally located first-floor 2BR/2BA condo invites your family to experience the best of Hilton Head, just a stroll away from the beach. Leave your car behind and embark on leisurely walks or bike rides to explore the charming shops and restaurants at the popular Coligny Plaza

The Ocean Walk condo is a haven of relaxation, offering both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, Pickleball and Tennis courts.

Inside, this amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout spans 1200 sq ft, accommodating up to 7 guests comfortably with a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, and a queen pull-out sofa. The full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, allows for convenient meal preparation for you and your guests. A washer/dryer in the condo, WIFI, and two living room areas with big-screen Smart TVs provide all the comforts of home.

The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a king-size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed. An additional pull-out queen couch is found in the secondary living room. For your convenience, we provide a beach buggy, chairs, and an umbrella for your leisure by the shore.

Newly renovated, the condo features updated floors, fresh paint, and modernized bathrooms. As a thoughtful touch, starter packs are provided with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, and a few snacks.

Parking is a breeze with free space available for 2 cars per reservation. Please note that pets are not allowed, and reservations must be made by individuals 25 years of age or older.

Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. It is located close to the pools and tons of restaurants near by. The place was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Very clean larger than I was expecting. Walkout to pool. Close to the main beach area. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. over all a great location. Had a blast.

Clean property and unit close to beach access. Traveled with another family and found this place to be very nice, quiet, reasonably priced for the location. Indoor and outdoor pools which our kids enjoyed. We were very comfortable in the units. The Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with good pots and pans for cooking. Unit had beach wagon which came in very handy. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Property manager was very quick to respond with any questions. We would stay here again.

We loved this place! Everything was as advertised. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Our son had the "left wing" living room and bath and bedroom all to himself which worked out great for everyone. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were fantastic with great showers, plenty of water pressure. Main living room was spacious and allowed the 3 of us to watch movies. Main patio was great for reading, heading right to the outdoor pool, and just relaxing. Only downside was the outdoor pool got very dirty from all of the plants and trees around it. Location was excellent with easy walk to South Forest beach, Coligny beach and shopping plaza, lots of restaurants. Bike rentals less than a block away. 10 out of 10 overall.

I usually don’t like renting ground floor properties for safety reasons, but this place is very safe. I was also surprised how big this property is. It is a two unit combine into one. The kids had their own living space and bathroom, where they played and watch TV. The pool is just outside the back door so we have spent plenty of time in the outdoor pool. Approximately 5 minute walk to the beach, and not too far drive to the nearest restaurant. Love this unit and will definitely rent this again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Family get away

It was a very nice condo. Roomy and spacious. Good amenities. The outdoor pool was very nice. Only complaints we had are that the floors were dirty(little ones had black feet), and the indoor pool and hot tub were closed due to construction, which was not mentioned to us in any communication. That was the biggest factor in choosing this property.

My stay was great but check in not so much. For some reason my phone wouldn’t load what the host Steve was sending me. Which made it difficult to get into our place. I let Steve know I was having trouble and I received nothing but slow short replies at first. I figured there was miscommunication somewhere in our text so I just blew it off and kept refreshing my app to see if anything changed but I could not find out how to get the fobs for the security doors. Steve eventually called me and talked to me on the phone like I was stupid. I tried apologizing to him and letting him know that I wasn’t trying to be difficult. I just wanted it to be smoother for us to get into the place. I haven’t been treated badly before from a host like that. His place made up for his nasty attitude but I would not recommend staying here. If you have any troubles like I did talking to the host Steve will most likely not make it any better. It will be even more stressful than it has to be.

The condo was very nice and loved the lay out . Only thing small complaint I had was we had to wipe down the kitchen countertops because it has a gritty type dust all over it . The rug in front of the blue couch had sand all over it and looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed. We enjoyed our girls weekend and how to get back to Hilton Head again very soon!
