Enjoy great ocean views and cool ocean breezes from your private balcony in this oceanfront Sea Side Complex. This beautifully decorated first floor villa is designated non-smoking for your comfort. Popular South Forest Beach is within walking distance and offers Water Fun Park, Coligny Plaza, and various restaurants/nightclubs.

The cozy bedroom features a queen bed with HDTV and adjoining bath. Enjoy the ocean view from the charming living/dining area with its comfortable Queen sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD. The functional kitchen includes range, microwave, dishwasher, and full accommodations. Two built in bunk beds are ideal for young children.

This Sea Side complex features an oceanfront sundeck & swing, two pools, washer and dryer on each floor, elevator access and covered parking with security. Come relax at the most beautiful beach on the East Coast or play the challenging golf courses while enjoying this ocean front complex. No Regrets

Was this place on the small side? Yes. Was it properly stocked with necessities and clean as a whistle? YES! For 3 adults and 1 child, it was a cozy space that was in walking distance of practically everything you need. Especially the beach! (Which was very lovely in itself). Only warning I have is that the bunks are built more for small kids. As for the complex, it too was kept really clean and the noise level on our end was very minimal. My family had a wonderful time here and I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Beautiful location and responsive host

So thankful for the week at HHI. Christy not only let is rebook when a hurricane hit last year, she was responsive and helpful during our stay. Her place is immaculate, well stocked, and ocean views. We stay at Seaside Villas often, and this unit is an A. Thank you!

Always a Pleasure

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. It’s one of our favorite units at Sea Side Villas. The unit is one back from the front. Each morning I would enjoy the ocean view while I drank my coffee. We walked to Coligny a few times during our stay. It’s an easy 1/2 mile walk. I had a couple questions for the owner and she was always quick to respond.

Very nice, nice view, small but sufficient.

Condos are older, but well kept and maintained. Bedroom was small, mattress was nice and comfortable. Everything was there except washer and dryer. Nice having chairs and umbrella along with older bikes, saved a little money.

Beautiful

Great Location. Really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and a stunning view of the ocean. Great place to stay for a couple or including two small children. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to our returning.

Enjoyed our stay. Great family experience. The location was great. Check in/out very easy. Relatively clean and well maintained. Has a very nice view. The air conditioner is quiet and cooled unit nicely. Easy access to beach. Pools in condo compelx get nice shade in afternoon.

This was the perfect location for a beach getaway! Loved that they had chairs and an umbrella and Netflix for when it decided to rain. I only wish there was more explicit and detailed instruction on where the bikes were. We didn’t find them until the last day. But there’s lots of good restaurants and a Piggly Wiggly near by. Can’t wait to stay there again

We loved our little condo, everything was neat, clean and comfy. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions. This is our third year staying at seaside villas. We always enjoy our stay! I never want to leave. One day I would love to move to the beach, this is my happy place.

Awesome condo in an awesome location

This is an awesome condo, it has everything we need, there were 6 of us staying in this unit. We cooked many of our own meals here and this unit had everything we needed to do that. The balcony view is great, we could see boats way out on the horizon. The location is awesome too, we love being able to hop on our bikes to the local grocery store, restaurants, and our favorite ice cream shop. And its right on the beach, far enough away from Coligny to be spread out at the beach, yet close enough for a short bike ride. My kids loved playing in the pool. Everything is well kept and clean around the whole facility. Our family plans to come back next year.

Great location!!

Perfect for two. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Loved our long walks on the beach. Close to many bike and walking trails. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo near the beach

The location and condo are perfect, right near the beach. The condo just changed ownership hands and the new owners are incredibly responsive and helpful with questions. The condo itself is open, clean and cozy. Had friends in other units and all commented how nice this one was compared to theirs! Highly recommend.

Great location!!

My family and I loved the convenient location of this condo. We were literally steps away from the beach. The Coligny shopping center was just a short walk away. I enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony every morning with my morning coffee. There are beach chairs and an umbrella available. We did not use them because we brought our own. The condo was small, but perfect for our family of 3.
