Our stay was ok, but there were several things that were somewhat disappointing. The main issue is that it is a studio and not a one bedroom as listed. The unit is very old and has not been updated so there were several amenities that didn’t function very well.The bathroom shower could have been more safe.These were the concerns we had. However, other reviews were 5 star which is one reason we chose this place. Although the onsite owner was very accessible and responded immediately to our questions.

Wonderful stay!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful bungalow. The attention to detail is wonderful and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus the yard, pool and hot tub are wonderful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lovey, peaceful accommodations in the Palm Springs area.

Excellent Stay!

My stay here was excellent. I needed a weekend away and wanted a private residence with a pool. The location was great, the property was beautiful and the resident cat “Dutchess” was awesome! Margarette answered all my questions and is a great host. I will definitely be coming back soon.

If you’re headed to Palm Desert/Springs this is a great spot to stay. Margret the host goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Pool area and jacuzzi are great (please note that it is shared space should the other room is booked). Highly recommend!

Larry and I had such a lovely stay and couldn’t have asked for a better Palm Desert getaway. From the moment we arrived, Margarette made us feel genuinely welcome. She is incredibly sweet and checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was perfect — which it truly was.The property itself is beautiful and so well cared for. The grounds are thoughtfully managed, full of plants, and dotted with charming little decorations that make it feel warm and inviting. The pool was spotless, and we especially loved the gentle, bubbly sound from the fountain — it added such a relaxing, spa-like touch.We also have to mention Duchess, Margarette’s adorable and friendly cat, who completely stole our hearts.The neighborhood was very private and wonderfully quiet — exactly what we were hoping for. It was the perfect home base for our day trips to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Joshua Tree National Park, both of which were unforgettable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautifully kept place with a truly kind and attentive host. Every little touch has been taken care of! The backyard oasis is even more beautiful than the pictures depict. Very comfortable, very safe, totally easy to walk to shopping, dining, spas, etc. We want to come back!

Cute hideaway

This property is fantastic. I just wanted to relax and this was just the place. Very quiet and has everything you need. The pool and patio are very inviting. Definitely a getaway you will enjoy. Amazing trip

The place was very cozy and clean, the whole pool and yard area was for us since the other unit was not rented . We enjoyed a lot . The Pool was heated for me by the property owner Margret who is a very nice lady. Wishing to go back again soon

Listing was very accurate in description and photos. Loved the saltwater pool but didn't use the jacuzzi. peaceful surroundings, relaxing environment! I visit palm springs every year and I will definitely be back to this location.

I fell in love with traveling many years ago. Traveling awakens my soul and the experiences along the way are priceless. If you are traveling from 100 miles or from across the pond it's nice to find a place that makes you feel like you can relax after a full day of exploring. It's the attention to little details that make the difference. Best part of hosting is sharing a glass of wine with my guests exchanging and travel stories.

Backyard design has always been another passion of mine and you'll see once you step inside my private oasis. I never knew how much color you can see in the desert. Bougainville thrives here and the colors are so bold and expressive.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Every evening is magical, the pool is sheer drama. Built in 1948 with old world charm intact. Electric charm is what most guests tell me. Location is top notch but your surroundings epic. Depending on what you plan on doing during your stay a lot of guests don't rent cars. They UBER from the airport, just walk to great restaurants or use Door Dash. BBQ, fire pit, kitchenette means you never have to leave. I've had over 300 (5) star reviews all have one thing in common and the best compliment I can get, "We're definitely coming back". The days here are beautiful but the nights with the lighting around the pool is truly magical. Had our first wedding proposal, it's just that perfect.
