Boasting unobstructed Gulf views from a large private deck, this two-bedroom retreat also offers unbeatable convenience with easy beach access just across 30A and great local Food & Drink options within walking distance from home.

Showcasing bright, beachy decor, the sunny interior comes well-appointed with all the contemporary home essentials, including a full kitchen and central air-conditioning. A comfortable new living room sectional and smart TV welcome casual indoor downtime, while a fireplace and bar hutch set the scene for happy hour hosting. The spacious deck includes both open and covered areas for sun-soaked lounging or shady afternoon relief. A convenient outdoor shower provides a place to rinse off after trips to the beach.

Guests will enjoy private en suite access to a full bathroom complete with an enclosed shower and a deep soaking tub. A beautiful electric piano in the guest room awaits any musicians in the group.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Absolutely beautiful place- just know of the time paradox!!

This was an amazing place- one of the nicest and prettiest places. So calm and quiet. Very very clean! I do think everyone needs to know about the time paradox when you stay- it’s so strange- we came in on Mexico beach time and didn’t realize they were on Port St Joe time which is an hour ahead. The entire time we were there our phones would switch back and forth between the two times! So make sure you realize that. Other than that everything was literally perfect! Beautiful views!!

Relaxing views

The house was perfect for my small family and the location was even better. Just located across from the beach. You can see the ocean from sitting inside. Everything about this place was relaxing.

Beautiful View

Beautiful view! The sundeck was our favorite part of the house to view sunrises and sunsets along with all the windows that you could open the blinds to see. It is a very convenient walk to beach access. The bed and couch were so comfortable and house itself is just so cute! Will definitely stay here again if available. The ice maker was also a big plus!

Amazing view đŸ€©

We are a family of 3 with a 7 year old. We loved this house and the amazing view! Close to the beach! The house was super clean and decorated well. The beds were comfortable and i loved the white bedding seems so clean! With children another tv would have been appreciated (only 1). The lack of the washer and dryer was a big issue with having a child because they seem to catch ALOT of sand! With all the being said we will definitely look to come back to pelican point!

Great beach access and homey

Very clean home, had a great trip! Super close beach access, great kitchen stocked with anything you need, everything is comfy and homey. Loved the porch at sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee. Wish there was a washer/dryer but there is a laundry mat in port st Joe if needed. Would recommend this place to anyone

Pelican Point is the Perfect Getaway

Pelican Point was the perfect house for my wife and I. Cozy and clean, the view from the front porch was absolutely amazing. 1 minute walk to beach, no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Pelican Point and will rent again if available.

Lovely Vacation house

The house was easy to find, located across the street from the Gulf. It had an unobstructed view of the water and easy access to the beach. The house itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well set up and lovely. We will stay there again.

Perfect stay at Pelican Point

This beach house is in a perfect spot! The view is beautiful and unobstructed. The home is outfitted with everything you may need in the kitchen, the couch and living area are super comfy as are the beds. It’s updated and also has lots of outside covered space. I would highly recommend!
