Enjoy this ocean-view beach getaway, you only have to step across Hwy 98 onto the gorgeous white sands of St Joe Beach and to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Experience the peaceful and quaint charm of Port St Joe and this beautiful part of the Forgotten Coast of Florida where time moves slower and you can unwind, relax and relish the simple pleasures of a day on the beach. Enjoy a good book, the warm sunshine on your face and a refreshing swim in the calm, warm water of the Gulf. This townhome has been recently renovated with new furniture, décor and stainless steel appliances. It offers stunning ocean views from the second floor deck where you can begin your day with a relaxing cup of coffee. Perfect for a smaller family or couples! It has a full kitchen and comes fully equipped with all the essentials you need to get your vacation started off great - just bring your groceries & sunscreen. You can also hang out and grill on the large fenced-in rear deck with outdoor seating, patio umbrella and charcoal grill. This area offers plenty of peace and tranquility while being close to everything you need. Sandy Daze is located between Mexico Beach (4.5 miles to the west) and Port St Joe (8 miles to the east).

Free parking for 2 vehicles in front of the townhome. Feel free to use the included beach chairs (4), beach umbrella and beach cart to carry everything you might need to enjoy a day of relaxing on the beach.

THE AREA:
The Shipwreck Seafood Bar is only 3 blocks away where you can eat all the fresh seafood you desire. Their food and service is wonderful! And don't miss out on The View on Old 98 which is even closer than downtown!
Supplies and groceries can be found at Dollar General which is only 0.8 miles away.

St Joe and Mexico Beach are quiet charming little beach communities that are known for their beautiful sugar white beaches, low-key pace and some very good seafood restaurants. It’s a wonderfully relaxing area that our family has been enjoying for over 30 years. It’s such a beautiful place to make unforgettable family memories that will last a lifetime. LIVING ROOM:
The living room has 2 full size couches, one is a fold out queen sleeper sofa. There is a 65 inch flat screen Roku TV that is set to guest mode. Just enter the dates of your stay, log into all your favorite streaming services, and upon check-out, you will be automatically signed out of all your accounts. There is also cable TV, just select “cable box” when you power on the TV to access the cable channels.

SECOND FLOOR:
- beautifully tiled full-size bath with shower/tub combo
- Bedroom 1 – king bed, 50 inch flat screen Roku TV, a reading corner with a comfy chair and ottoman, a large closet, access to the Gulf view deck with 4 outdoor reclining chairs.
- Bedroom 2 – full size upper and lower bunk beds with pull-out twin-size trundle bed, large closet and a comfy bean bag chair for relaxed seating and a "kids reading and game corner space."

ADDITIONAL INFO:
A starter kit of essentials including coffee, toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent pods, dishwashing pods and dish soap is provided but it is strongly suggested you bring an additional supply of your favorite brands to use during your stay.

-1 set bed linens (sheets, top sheet, quilt) and 2 pillows for each bed
- 1 set extra bed linens and pillows for the fold-out couch which are kept in the “under coffee table storage” in the living room

- High speed Wifi is free, password will be sent with your check-in instructions.
- No keys are needed for entry, your key code to unlock the front door will be sent with your check-in instructions.
- Roku TVs are in guest mode and ready for you to sign in to your own accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc). At the end of your stay, you will automatically be logged out of these accounts.
- Cable TV is provided

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking inside house
- Must be 25 years old to book
- No pets allowed, a 500 dollar penalty will be charged if this policy is violated
- Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. so neighboring vacationers can rest and relax
- No parties or loud music
- There is a Ring security camera which monitors the front entrance
- Feel free to use beach chairs and beach wagon but please wash with fresh water from hose on back deck. This will help prevent rusting. Please place them back in utility closet for the next guest to enjoy.
- If you have used the charcoal BBQ grill, please clean grill and empty all ashes, once cooled, into a trash bag and place in the roller dumpster beside the building.
