OCEAN VIEW! JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH! This ocean view home sits on a dead end street with beach access so you are literally just a few steps to the beach. Recently remodeled, it has a great open layout on the main level. Out back a fenced-in patio provides a great area for grilling and outdoor meals. All bedrooms are upstairs and have a smart TV. The master has it's own balcony - perfect for watching the ocean over morning coffee. We have fallen in love with Mexico Beach and you will too!

Very convenient location to the beach, beautiful and very clean house! Well equipped kitchen to make meals, an we enjoyed the sand toys for the kids to play with. We had Everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Just remember, bring your own beach towels. Thank you, Brian! Very responsive to all needs!

The condo was extremely clean, the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room area all included. The location was great, close to the beach and local merchants.Our host was responsive to any questions we had in a matter of minutes.The location of the condo was very family oriented and clean.

We cannot wait to stay here again! This is definitely going to be our “go to” beach house every single time! The house was so comfortable, clean, spacious, and super close to the beach access! The Host has made sure that the house has what you need to be comfortable and happy with your stay. We were so happy and we cannot wait to stay again!

Family vacation

We had a great time staying here! The location is perfect. We came down with my entire family 16 of us and we were all able to stay very close together in the area. The walk to the beach was approximately 5 min (with little ones) the littles loved having their own rooms with the bunk beds. Overall the stay was very relaxing and no troubles at all. Communication was great and highly recommended!

Great property just a short walk from the beach.

We loved our stay at this property. There were no surprises and everything was as described in the listing. The owner and property managers were very communicative and responded quickly to questions.Mexico Beach is an awesome place to stay because it’s quieter than neighboring beaches. You might have to go a little farther to find putt putt, but traffic is quiet and there are enough cute little stores and restaurants in the area that you can stay put and never get in your car the whole week that you stay.We would definitely return to this property!

Family Trip

The location and accommodations were great. The only thing I would mention is to check the propane in the tank prior to planning a grill night. It was empty. Also, the owner of this unit lets you control the AC yourself. Other units have WiFi thermostats so they regulated the room temps, not good!

Great Beach trip!

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and definitely won’t be the last. We loved the convenience and proximity to the beach, and enjoyed that it wasn’t overcrowded. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beach adventure.

Beautiful and clean

It was a very beautiful place with a 2-3 minute walked to the beach. It was very helpful being able to rinse our feet off outside before entering home. We would definitely visit again!

Such a great location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! Brian was easy to contact and made sure everything was right. We love Mexico Beach and will definitely be back! One Particular Harbor is a GREAT condo and offers everything you need for a great vacation!

Very relaxing getaway

My friends and I stayed here in March 2024 for spring break. The property was extremely clean, had plenty of room, and was all around perfect. The beds were comfortable and the AC works great. The TV had all the streaming services you would expect, and there was also a selection of DVDs. The close proximity to the beach, shops, and Mango Marley’s was incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
