Venture south to explore Camden and Rockland, where you’ll find more shops, restaurants, schooner and windjammer cruises, lighthouses, and museums. Heading north, visit the charming seaside town of Belfast for shopping, dining, a harbor walk, or a schooner ride. For a grand adventure, continue on to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park to experience Maine’s iconic rocky coastline.

After a day of exploring, return to your cozy suite and unwind. The studio features a queen-size bed, a full kitchen, an electric fireplace for added ambiance, and a private balcony overlooking Lincolnville Beach and Penobscot Bay. Notes:

The suite is located on the second floor, up one flight of outdoor stairs (no elevator).

We’re located on Route 1, so light sleepers may hear traffic noise. Running the AC, watching TV, or using the sound machine can help minimize it.

A security camera monitors the entrance hallway serving four apartments.

A car is essential to fully explore the area.

Guests must sign a Renter’s Agreement, which will be emailed after booking. Door codes will not be released until the agreement is signed

The place was exactly as described and pictured. It was well stocked and if you forgot anything it was already there for you. It was very nice and comfortable for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our time very much. It was close to Camden and Belfast - both towns were lovely to visit for shopping and enjoying a meal at one of the restaurants.

Relaxing Beach Getaway!

We stayed at this charming beach apartment and it was amazing! Steps away from the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. Walking distance to cute cafes and shops. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and has a cozy beach vibe. Our host provided us with all the necessary information that made our stay feel smooth and stress-free.We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!

Love this Location, it has a beautiful ocean view from a private balcony. Clean well organized room with electric fireplace. Nice big tub with jets they supply immenities like toothbrush, shaving cream, spf in case you forgot to bring them. The ocean air cools things off nicely although, there is an air conditioner. Overall, I loved this room and have been back 2 times since.

We had a great time in Lincolnville! The unit was wonderful, and the little touches really made it special, such as spare toiletries, beach chairs (and towels!), and a couple of decks of cards when we decided to call it a day a little early. Very easy check in, very quiet unit overall - could hardly hear other folks in the same building. My only suggestion is to add a "watch your step" label on the balcony sliding door as it is deceptive walking back inside to see that you have to step down a few inches.

Such a Cool Place to Stay

Loved this place. A cool upstairs apartment with a balcony that looks right over Lincolnville beach. Host instructions and posted information was very helpful. Great place to go see the fall foliage and drive up to Mt. Battie. Would recommend.
