Perfect for a couples’ getaway or a cozy spot for a small family!

This beachfront studio at Suites by the Sea is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, shopping, or hiking. Early risers can start their day with a stunning sunrise while enjoying coffee on the private balcony.

Located directly across from Lincolnville Beach and above the Maine Artisans store, this studio comfortably accommodates 2 but can sleep up to 4 guests. It features a queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed, plus a Smart TV with Roku. Enjoy access to Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, or log into your own streaming accounts for more options.

The studio has a full kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker for easy meal prep. After your day of exploring, unwind with a relaxing soak in the jetted tub.

Notes:

The suite is located on the second floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase (no elevator).

Being on Route 1, some traffic noise is to be expected. Watching TV, running the AC, or using the sound machine provided can help reduce the noise.

A security camera monitors the entrance hallway (serving 4 apartments), as well as the back parking lot, saltwater marsh, and beach. The Maine Artisans shop also has its own cameras.

Guests must sign a Renter’s Agreement, emailed after making your reservation. The reservation is not complete, and door codes will not be released, until the signed agreement is on file.

The beach view of Penobscot Bay from the balcony was beautiful- watching the sunrise and the tides was an everyday blesssing! The Suite was so clean and well equipped, the host and hostess thought of everything (even personal items you may have forgotten!) And kitchen was already stocked with coffee and other amenities. We will definitely make this our go to place every year we visit Lincolnville in the future!

We loved the location. Just a short drive into Camden. The host was great and answered all of our questions. We spent each morning sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise. Very clean unit and we had no complaints.

Suite was a nice, clean, and well equipped space. Balcony overlooks road and parking lot, yet not unpleasant to sit there, as the water view dominates. Traffic noise minimal with balcony doors closed. We didn't take the ferry, but would consider doing so in the future, just to explore another nearby setting. The rather noisy air conditioner was fortunately not needed at all during our late Aug-early Sept stay. We spent much of our stay exploring nearby Camden and Belfast and beyond, and visiting friends who live in Bangor. Some confusion on arrival; not sure where our entrance was (there are stairs up both sides of the building), not realizing that each lead to the same 2nd floor hallway. Entrance code wasn't seeming to work (my fault!), but when we gave up and called Linda, she graciously walked us through that and a second related issue as well.

Suites by the Sea is an excellent base for exploring mid-coast Maine. We’ve thoughtfully provided everything you need for a comfortable stay, including essentials like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, spices, beach chairs, and Epsom salts for the jetted tub. And, of course, we hope you’ll catch at least one stunning sunrise during your visit.

This studio is located on the second floor, above the Maine Artisans’ Store and just across the street from Lincolnville Beach. Guests can access the suite via one outdoor flight of stairs (please note, there is no elevator). Inside, the studio features a queen-size bed, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, a jetted tub/shower combination, an electric fireplace (for ambiance, not heat), and a Smart TV equipped with Hulu Live, Disney+, ESPN+, and more.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on your private balcony overlooking the beach, and enjoy the beauty of the sunrise as it lights up the coastline.
