This coastal-chic retreat is just a 2-minute walk to the sand in one of St. Pete Beach’s most walkable & desirable locations. Enjoy a small balcony with a peek of the Gulf, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living area. Relax by the heated pool or enjoy nearby bars, dining & shops. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and buggy is included for effortless seaside days.

To get to this bright 2nd floor condo, you will enter through an interior hallway and climb just one set of stairs. We have electronic door locks for your ease and security, which makes even late checkins easy and no need to worry about a key.

This condo is a beautifully remodeled open living concept with fully stocked kitchen. The room features a balcony in the main living space. Inside of a small hallway is a well appointed bathroom and the bedroom.

Just remodeled, you will enjoy ceiling fans, beachy decor, a high end sofa with gel memory foam pullout queen bed and new kitchen accessories. The beautiful pool is right outside the building entrance, and the beach is just steps away. Bring your flip flops and enjoy this gem of a location!

Please Note* This is a 2nd floor condo and the complex does NOT have an elevator. You must be able to climb flights of stairs.

**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.

— Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

Guest have access to all the amenities on property including:

- Pool, heated year round
- Charcoal BBQ grills available right out the backdoor of the unit
- Shuffleboard courts
- Laundry room available for guests on complex grounds, pay by coin or app
- Community patios with tables/chairs

I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. We are committed to our Guests` happiness and strive for glowing reviews, so you can count on us to be there whenever you require assistance.

- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 years of age or older.
- No smoking inside, on private patios, on balconies, anywhere on property! This is a NO smoking property
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!
- No parties or events
- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.

- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
