This designer condo is in a quiet, cozy, and serene place. Its located on the corner of the building which gives it extra privacy fills the room with lots of sunshine. Both of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a washer and dryer set up. You and your family can enjoy the Community pool, basketball and tennis course or take a walk in the nearby trails to enjoy a nice relaxing stroll.
[No Chores] You don't have to load the laundry, take out the trash or clean the dishes when you check out
[Pets] Pets are welcome! We charge a $150 pet-fee to provide additional cleaning for other guests who may be allergic
Absolutely no large crowds, loud parties, or inappropriate behavior that disturb the peace of our neighbors inside our condo. Thank you for respecting the neighbors and being courteous.
The property and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the property. Guests shall use the property for intended purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the property.
Guest Consent, Release, and Waiver Between Host and Guest
This agreement is entered into by and among MCMH Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company including any company representatives or any individuals associated with the Property listed below (âHostâ), and Short Term Rental Guest as defined by any individuals, groups, or legal entities that booked, reserved, confirmed, paid for their reservation for overnight accommodations at the Property through any of the online short term rental reservation platforms associated with said Property (âGuestâ).

Agreement
In order to occupy any of the Properties mentioned above, we require the Guest to accept this Guest Release and Waiver, which is effective between Guest and Host as of the date when Guest first books, reserve, or confirm their accommodation arrangement at any our Properties. All terms not defined here have the meaning given them in the VRBO Terms of Service
Guest(s) represents that they are 18 years of age or older. If Guest(s) are bringing minors as Guest(s), you acknowledge and agree that Guest(s) is solely responsible for the supervision of that minor throughout the duration of the Guestâs stay and have read this Guest Release and Waiver and agree to it on the minorâs behalf. If Guest(s) is booking an accommodation on behalf of other Guest(s), Guest(s) will ensure, and Guest represents and warrant, that each Guest(s) on whose behalf has read and agreed to this Guest Release and Waiver, which shall apply to each of them as if the reference to "Guest" was a reference to him/her.
Identity Verification
To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, you will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process. You acknowledge and agree that any identification information provided by you in connection with your booking or use of the property, including but not limited to government-issued identification, address, contact information, and related verification data while using Vrbo or any other method, may be retained and used by the Host for purposes of enforcing our policies, investigating violations, recovering damages, or pursuing legal remedies. Such use may include disclosure to law enforcement, insurers, attorneys, courts, or other relevant third parties as reasonably necessary to protect the Hostâs legal rights or property. You further consent to being contacted by the Host and or Host's legal representatives directly, including via phone, email, or other communication methods, outside of the Vrbo platform, for purposes related to enforcement of this Agreement or resolution of issues arising from your stay.
Assumption of Risks
Guest(s) understands and acknowledge that occupying and staying overnight at any of the aforementioned Properties may be hazardous and may carry the risk of injury or illness, including sickness, physical injury, property damage, disability, permanent paralysis, and death.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GUEST(S) KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF OCCUPYING EACH OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PROPERTIES, EVEN IF THOSE RISKS ARISE FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR CARELESSNESS OF THE HOST OR OTHERS, OR DEFECTS IN THE EQUIPMENT, PREMISES, OR FACILITIES USED DURING GUEST(S) OCCUPANCY, OR OTHERWISE, AND GUEST(S) ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR OCCUPYING THE AFOREMENTIONED PROPERTIES.
Release and Waiver
Guest(s) acknowledges and agree that:
âą Guest(s) have reasonably assessed the risks involved in the Properties and have made an informed and voluntary choice to occupy the Properties.
âą Guest(s) alone, and not your Host, are responsible for determining their fitness for occupying the Properties and their ability to fully understand any directions or warnings presented.
âą Guest(s) will not occupy in any of the Properties when you have a physical, medical, or mental limitation or disability, or when Guest(s) is aware or should reasonably be aware of any factors that may limit or prevent Guest(s) from safely occupying in those Properties.
âą Guest(s) will act reasonably and responsibly and will comply with any provided and customary conditions, directions, and/or precautions for occupying the Properties. If Guest(s) notices any hazard during an occupancy, Guest(s) will stop occupying the Properties immediately.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE YOUR HOST FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, LOSSES (WHETHER ECONOMIC OR NON-ECONOMIC), DAMAGES, EXPENSES, COSTS OR LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH GUEST(S) OCCUPANCY AND/OR TRIP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
If Guest(s) reside in California, Guest(s) expressly waive the protection of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code (âSection 1542â), which provides: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS/HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM/HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS/HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR. Guest(s) understand and agree that claims or facts in addition to or different from those which are now known or believed by Guest(s) to exist may hereafter be discovered.
Guest(s) intend this Guest Release and Waiver to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. Guest(s) agree that if any portion of this Waiver and Release is held to be invalid, the balance notwithstanding shall continue in full force and effect.

Guest(s) affirm that they HAVE READ THIS GUEST RELEASE AND WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, WAIVER, AND CONSENT CONTAINED IN IT. My wife and I live part time in California and love to travel. We just bought our first home in Bangkok where we are starting to host on AirBnB again. I work for a large consumer electronics company and travel for work very frequently so I know what weary travelers appreciate. This Condo is located 35minutes away from Disney, Downtown Orlando, Kissimmee and the Central Florida attractions. Come and enjoy the freedom of a home rental rather than the restrictions of a hotel. Publix (grocery) is 5 mins away along with fast food and dining in that plaza, or use the 24 hour Walmart from less than 10 mins from the home. Malls/discount outlets are (25minutes)- there is a lot to choose from! Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Italian Cuisine, Chinese restaurants and buffet.
It is a short drive to all the Disney Parks - 30/35 mins (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach) or visit Seaworld, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild, or one of the many Dinner shows. There are many other activities to do such as mini golf, movie theaters, and Downtown Disney. The Orlando Science Center, and Orlando Art exhibits/Museum To the east side of town you can access Orlando Speed World, Daytona beach, NASA, Cocoa beach, San Agustin and more!
