Had a great time being centrally located in a super clean condo. Pools were great and chairs service great. Poolside store, restaurant and bar was perfect. Kids loved the bunk beds. Perfect for our family of 5

The den fan was not working and that room was very warm. I called the hist and she said she was aware and be taking care of it the next day. No one ever showed up so we had to keep the thermostat lower than normal. Other than that everything was good, but that was a big deal to me.

The view was beautiful and the Summit pools and amenities were good. The condo was rough. There was mold and layers of dust. The showers were gross and one of the handles easily came off and had to get fixed. When they sent someone out they did not let us know when someone was coming, when they were done, and if it was fixed. We came back to a condo with an electrical panel open and fuses switched off. The ice maker had mold coming out and the kitchen faucet was covered in mold. Prior guests clothes and things were still in the condo. Lights would not work and things were broken like cabinet doors, wall trim, and porch light. I showed the owner pictures of all the problems hoping things will be better for the next guest. I do not recommend this condo for the cost we payed for it. She did say she would do what she can do to make it better. No type of reimbursement has been issued.

Awesome Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation, and the place was beautiful. It worked well for our family of 3. Paula was also very pleasant and made sure everything we needed was taking care of. Hopefully we can be back again one day.

Ideal location for Spring Break time as it is on the quieter end of the beach. Location was great for walking to restaurants and shops. Nice pool area. The unit was well-stocked and nicely decorated. Two bathrooms were a plus. Manager responded promptly to any questions.

Lovely place!

We love bringing the kids to PCB every year and like to try new places. We found a gem in this one! The views off the balcony were beautiful. Very close to the beach. Two pools, which was clutch! Two chairs and an umbrella were included every day for the beach, so we didn't have to pack our own! The unit was beautifully decorated and clean. You have a coffee pot that will brew a pot or you can use K pods. Fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Thank you, Paula, for being a wonderful hostess!

Stay at Summit

Although the place was a good size and and set up nicely, it does require some deep cleaning. When we first walked in there was a door to our right that was completely covered in dust. We ended up vacuuming it ourselves because it was so bad. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and dirty. So was the inside. We ended up wiping some of that stuff down with clorox wipes as well. The bunk beds in the hallways had q tips, chips, and other gross food and objects underneath the mattresses. The fans were also covered in dust on top, so we were too scared to turn them on because we didn't want it flying all over the place. Other than that, the place was okay. Just really needs some deep cleaning done.
