This river and mountain view condominium is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom full size, fully equipped, free wi-fi, residential unit that sl;eeps a maximum of six. Boasting a very spacious private balcony directly on the river, it truly is the ideal location. It is within walking distance to the Old Mill and Dolly Parton Stampede. Cal Ripken Baseball and Dollywood are less than 5 minutes away, with the Great Smokey Mountains less than 3 minutes away.
My name is Stacie and I have been taking care of condos for nearly 20 years. I am very OCD about making sure your stay is as clean and comfortable as I can make it. I am not jumping from place to place just to give it a spit and and promise. I spend time making sure everything is touched and get rid of any nastiness left behind. I put myself in your shoes. I clean this condo as if my own family were staying there. I value your family’s decision in choosing to stay with us. I truly want you to make the best and most meaningful memories.

This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in, anywhere! Stacie was the absolute BEST. She had everything in the condo that we could have wanted. The beds were very comfortable and CLEAN! Stacie laundries every single thing on the beds, EVERYTHING, every time someone new comes to stay there. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Pigeon Forge. Thank you Stacie for all you do for the condo.

Every year we take a girls trip. It is me ,my sister, niece and mother. We had already booked our girls trip and then our mother died before we came. We decide to take the trip in memory of our mother. The condo was a well stocked and very clean.

Great location and very clean
The condo was very clean. We absolutely loved our time there, it was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and kids loved the snack basket Stacie had left in the condo. Stacie checked in with us the day before we were set to check in and then again after we checked to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The reviews for the property are accurate. A very clean stay is what I always look for and definitely got it with this condo. The owner is very thoughtful and has coffee, creamer and sugar! A basket with snacks, some cleaning supplies and a few things in the bathroom cabinets that came in handy as well. You won't be disappointed! Would stay here again.

You won't regret renting this condo!
This was a springbreak getaway for me, my husband and 7 year old granddaughter. The location is central to everything and was easy to get to, right off the main road. The condo was immaculate and had everything you would need for your vacation. It was very comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax. There wasn't any noise except for the river right outside of your balcony despite being in town. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and this one was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Stacie made the whole process super easy and was just a text away if we needed anything. She was a pleasure to work with! Like I said, you will not regret renting this condo!

Highly Recommend
This is my favorite Vrbo rental. It is a cozy and warm place to stay and I loved waking up and seeing the beautiful view of the mountains out of the bedroom window. I also liked that it was well stocked - there were lots of towels and soap, plus lots of snacks to chose from. I also liked the huge TV in the living room. This is the first vrbo that I stayed at where the property manager called to check in with me before my stay.

Return to Pigeon Forge
My wife and I decided to return to Pigeon Forge after 5 years. We are so glad we stayed at Cedar Lodge. The condo was super clean and it had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The location was very convenient for our activities. Stacie went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and her communication before and during the stay was good.

Home away from home!
Cedar Lodge provides all the comforts of home and more! Great location with easy access on & off the parkway. Check in was seamless and the property provided luggage carts. The condo was well kept and comfortable. From the balcony you could hear the stream below or enjoy watching the evening fireworks at Dollywood. We had a wonderful stay!

Stacy Gillenwater was such a delight and made the stay wonderful and Stacy was very helpful. Very, very clean condo stocked with lots of extras that you will not find in another condo. Bed was very comfortable and lots of room in the condo. Easy access to all things and in a quite location. We could see the fireworks each night from our balcony. Beautiful view and right on of the Pigeon River. Thank you Stacy and I will see you on my next stay in Pigeon Forge.

Wonderful Experience!!!
Everything was perfect! Stacie was an amazing host!!! She made sure we had everything we needed and that we knew how to reach her if we needed to. She was so quick to reply when I did reach out. The condo was above and beyond what we expected. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and by far the cleanest property we have stayed in. We had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay amazing. We really enjoyed the treats and the bottled water came in handy on our daily excursions. The location was perfect for us as we did things in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. We enjoyed it so much we didn’t want to leave. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend the property.

Hi… my name is Stacie and I have been taking care of condos for private owners for over 16 years. This is not the first condo I have managed. All of my condos that I am in charge of have 5 star reviews for being clean and welcoming. I am very particular about making sure that when you walk into the condo it is as close to perfect as I can make it. My goal is for you and your family to make some wonderful memories.
On a personal note… I have a son and a daughter that are both grown. Woo hoo.. I am on cruise control in life and I LOVE it. Other than the pride I take in making sure any condo I take care of are perfect, my children are my greatest accomplishments.
I grew up in Knoxville but, moved to Sevierville to get out of the big city when my kiddos started school. I have been in Sevier County ever since, for 25 years. This is my home now and forever.
