It's the Little things that would have made it better!

This is a good place to stay but we did have some concerns. We had roaches...several. Cobwebs at the entrance of the front door. Not a problem but not very inviting. The place was clean overall. We didn't have enough dining seats for the number of people. Three bedrooms that would sleep six should have enough dining seats for 6 persons.Would have been nice to have mirrors in ALL the bedrooms and a trash can in each bedroom.

This listing was exactly as listed. We were very comfortable and only 3.1 miles away from Pine Needles Golf Course.

This townhouse is in a nice neighborhood and convenient to a lot of shopping, dining, and golfing. However, there were concerns. The unit had a very strong mold odor. Bugs were in the kitchen. The unit needs a new primary bedroom bed-it was uncomfortable. The primary bedroom shower had mildew and needs heavy duty cleaning.

Townhome in quiet neighborhood within minutes to many locations in Southern Pines and Pinehurst.

The townhouse is an end unit which provides additional privacy. It was furnished nicely and was neat and clean. The check in and out processes were easy. Overall, this is a great rental close to many golf courses, restaurants, and shopping.

Best described as”adequate”

Easy to find. Near shopping & restaurants. Good communication with owner & property manager. Located in a packed neighborhood. Was told not to park on street but saw lots of that going on. Was told we could park on the grass. With the wet conditions, that was going to rut the grass/land. Garage is listed on website. Asked when we tried to access. Was told it was unavailable. Shared driveway with neighbor who also had several cars, made it difficult with our 3 cars. Notified owner that we saw roaches in kitchen; mold in master bath shower grout; experienced a slippery tub upstairs and towels that needed replacing. We suggested anti-slip strips or a mat be provided for the slippery tub. Owner said it was exterminated bi-weekly through HOA and she would inform property manager of our concerns. The downstairs shower doors need replacing. They don’t slide well. Make sure and bring shampoo, body wash, etc. only liquid hand soap is provided. Main bedroom mattress is very soft. Felt like sleeping on a sleeper sofa. No mattress pads on any beds. Could find only one extra blanket. Couldn’t figure out how to use the television. ( Too late to ask -was going to bed.) Would recommend some instructions. As you can tell, us three older women, have high expectations. I have booked with several “premier hosts”. This rental disappointed me and the my guests. I was going to stay by myself the last night. I left the afternoon prior to departure time. I’m sorry to say, we won’t return.

Visiting kids in Carthage

First birthday for our first grandchild!!! Perfect place. Really liked the townhouse and neighborhood. Close to southern pines brewery’s and really easy to get around to the restaurants and bars My parents ( in their 80’s) had a great stay and first floor bedroom was perfect for them

Perfect for family

We stayed for my Dad's 81st birthday and had a great time. There is a bedroom on the first floor and two on the second floor which was perfect with us. There is a 12 cup coffee maker with filters and ground coffeeo in the refrigerator. Make sure to bring your own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner but everything else is provided. They have a tv with Netflix in the main room which was nice for watching a family movie at night. The owner was very flexible on letting us in a little earlier to accomidate our older parents. Thank you!

The property was exactly as we expected and ideal in perfect as it was pet friendly.

The host could not have been more responsive and personable. Despite the power outage situation in the area the host did everything within possibility to provide updates and communicate and empathize with our situation.
