Very clean, great location. Some information to know ahead of time is that the bunk beds are not really for adults. My small twenty two year old daughter didn't feel comfortable (thin mattresses & wobbly)on them so she's slept on the couch which was comfy. Master bedroom has a very firm matress with a non padded bedpad. Husband said it was okay, I slept awful and was sore when I woke up. Everything was super organized other than there were no instructions left for amenities like the pool or labels for trash/recycling. Also, the TV was a struggle. A printout instruction sheet would be very helpful. All of the aside, I would recommend it. It was very nice and in a fun location.

The place was spacious. The downsides were that the bunk beds were wobbly and too short for my kids to sit up in so they slept on the couch. The main bedroom’s bed would bang against the wall if you moved at night. Kitchen had everything you would need and it was in a walkable location.

Comfortable stay

We wanted to explore a new place while we visited family. The property managers were quick to get ahold of the place was well stocked, clean, and comfy. The area is such a cute area with the beach across the street. 100% would stay here again.

Great Family Stay

The place came stocked with a Pack N Play, a high chair, some toys, 2 bunk beds, and access to an indoor pool, so it was a great place for our family to getaway for a winter weekend!

Birch Bay visit

In town for a wedding up in Maple Falls and this was a great little fit for our family. The condo was easy to get to and checking in was easy. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and kitchen items for all our cooking needs. If I had to critique, I’d say the mattress could be more comfy, but for a couple of nights it will do. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely beach condo

This condo worked great for us. We ended up traveling with fewer people than planned but I think it would have been fine for the 4 adults and 2 toddlers we had planned. Well equipped. Kids enjoyed the pool and loved the beach. We would definitely come back. Walking distance to restaurants and well stocked kitchen.

Family Getaway

If you are looking for a well stocked family getaway this is the place for you! Everything from high chairs and pac n’ play to games and wine glasses! The amenities at Jacobs Landing are fantastic, we really enjoyed the pool and walking on the beach front!

Great getaway

We had such a wonderful time at this getaway. Our kids really enjoy the pool, hot tub and game room as well as being so close to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.
